Bought 2 12 inch human hair package and an 8 inch package from this Buford store. The 12 inch was $59.99 and 8 inch $39.99. Because I purchased 3 packs the woman said she would give me a 10% discount. I did not request it. What she did is that she increased the price to $69.99 and then applied a 10% discount bringing the actual price to $59.99. You cannot trust these people. They worship money. Be careful if you’re to buy from them. Check all your receipts before you leave. Sally’s is respectful and will not over charge.

I am going to sue the company for cheating and not solving customers' problems, the one that sells stores with a very bad attitude, they stole my money, they didn't give me a solution and they sold me a fake product.

They wouldn’t let my 8 month pregnant sister use the restroom and we had a cart full of items for purchase. The lady said no & walked away. I left the items right there and went to another beauty supply store. Customer service is non existent, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

DO NOT come to this store unless you want to waste your money!!! I wanted to put an item back right after I had finished paying because I remembered then that I already had it at home and I was told by the cashier that they do not give refunds. I couldn’t return the item I no longer needed because they wouldn’t give me my money back ? Worst store I have been to.

I was shopping here with my sister 7 months pregnant. I was walking to the bathroom and I was almost inside and she told me sorry no public restroom. I get it but if you can’t have compassion you will not get my money don’t shop here.

I bought some Outre human hair. That was supposed to be 24 inches. it definitely wasn’t majority of the hair shedded while trying to separate it. I was getting micro braids. I called back to the store . The lady said No refund Bc it was open No exchange. I paid $255 for 3 pa of BS hair. But I’m mostly definitely doing a dispute with my bank . I definitely wouldn’t refer anyone here.

Very nice neighborhood beauty supply store. They are very nice to my hair clients and treat everyone with respect. If you have to exchange anything, they don't give you a hard time. Prices are slightly higher than other Beauty Supply Stores but the Customer Service is very good!

Well, I hadn't been here in almost 3 years and I'm dissatisfied seriously. I'm a braider and there's not much variety when it comes to the hair. It's poor quality and they should def try another option or multiple. I personally don't remember them carrying such bad product. Used to be my fave but they've loss me for good :(

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I recently was at the store to bring my 15 year-old daughter for her to buy products for her hair. From the moment that I walked into the store, I was watched and followed. There was no one else in the store because the store just had open. It is not a cool feeling that you see someone who works at the store on every aisle that you are on. I had to ask my daughter to leave the store and wait outside as I decided to address my feelings on how they treated me and my daughter while in the store. The the older woman behind the counter laughed as I was telling her how horrible it made me and my daughter feel to be watched and visibly harassed as though that I wanted to steal anything from the store. This store continues to perpetuate stereotypes, that should have never existed. I would never encourage anyone to come to the store, because there are many other places that will treat you with respect and courtesy, as you are patronizing their business. I refused to buy anything from the store, I would rather drive into Lawrenceville, and spend 20 minutes in a car to patronize another store in order to feel positive about my buying experience. You are better off and going into Walmart that's directly across the street. I don't write many reviews, but I wanted to make sure this one made it on here. Good luck to anyone who walks into that store because you will experience this no matter how kind how nice how clean how neat you are. It seem as though that they have lots of micro aggressions, and it feels more like racism that you're paying for.
