Don’t bother using their services. I had an Amazon return and they wouldn’t even spare me 6 inches of tape for the return box. Customer services doesn’t exist at this location. Literally told me to go to another place. I’m certain this was the owner/operator that had the audacity to tell me this.

Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this store. Walked in at 6:10 PM yesterday to get information about fingerprints recording and even before I said anything he was telling me that the store closes at 6:30. Like sir I am just asking a question.
I went in today at the same time to actually do it and he says the same thing.
I asked him if he would prefer for me to leave since he is always in a rush.
I start doing it and all i hear is that I can’t do it that I should come back tomorrow.
If you don’t want to work in costumer service you should stay at home then. The worst part is that I believe that’s the owner. He was very clear to say that he was just a franchise so he is not affiliated to UPS ?
I ended up cursing when I left because he was so rude. ( my apologies to the young guys in the store who really tried to help me but this man won’t let them. I feel so bad for them. Working for this man)
Looking at the reviews from other people I can tell this is the usual at this store.

Used them to notarize/witness a passport application
Passport office unsuccessfully tried to contact them three times for verification
Contacted them and they stated - our job is to witness your signature, nothing else
Their excuse was they were busy with other customers

This store is a joke! They will not take my return because it was not taped and told me the have to charge 5 dollars to tape my box and that if they did not do it the won't stay in business! What a joke! Don't use this ups get them out of business!

No costumer service at all, no soft skills, make sure you bring your tape, if the box needs a small piece of tape they will tell you that the truck won't take it and charge you for it.

Amazon label clearly says they will tape it for complementary and these guys are charging for taping the box.
Can’t recommend this to anyone.

We have come here so many times and I really don’t know why we continue. Every single time we have came, there is always one person from staff that gives us a bad experience. Whether it’s over charging for a strip of tape ($6 per strip) or charging extra for box pickup (even when you have a mailbox) it feels worse than spirit airlines. I don’t mind paying for tape, but per strip $6 is excessive. Each UPS is independently owned we know bc we are employees at UPS. And still, with them know we work at the warehouse, we are still treated poorly.This morning we came in at 8:45am and as soon as I opened the door, “YOU NEED TO HAVE THAT TAPED” I was already anticipating paying there $6 for my box. So I just looked at her and just waited in line.I got to the front and said, “I need to pay for tape.” And as she scanned all the QR codes, she goes and says “you are missing one, these boxes need there own.” I showed her my Amazon QR code and she see they were 2 separate boxes with one QR. some reason it upset her more. She said, “these need to be taped together.” I said “that’s fine and I can pay for that too.” She goes on and begins heavy handed setting things down and begins complaining about how it supposed to be a certain way. I stopped everything and asked her, why do you treat your customers so rudely? Everyone I have come, your attitude towards your customer has always been this way.”Her response was not an apology- it was “well, sorry but you need to know how these are supposed to be packed and I’m tired all customers come in like this.”I said, “how was I supposed to know that when I only received one QR code that shows 2 items? It’s out of my control and I was willing to pay to have the boxes taped up.”She continued her attitude. So I said, you know, I come in and be very friendly hoping that it would change your mood and I am never rude. It never fails how rude you are to me. And I never given you a reason. Why do you think it’s ok to treat your customers this way?She said “if you don’t like it don’t come. Sorry.”I said, “don’t apologize when you don’t mean it. A true act to honor your apologies is to treat us better.”I will not ever return. As UPS employees, ourselves, being treated this way internally just turns me entirely off about even working here.It was the mature Indonesian lady whom wears glasses. Totally uncalled for and I am truly just hopeless for human kind when I run into people like this.I hope you all go to the UPS location on Buford Drive by the Mall of Georgia and don’t allow the staff’s negative energy into your day. It’s not worth it.****Responding to the owners response ****I never got upset when she explained it to me. I have 4 customers in there that witnessed the entire interaction from the time I opened the door walking in to the time I left. You were not there to say or attest I used bad words. That’s an assumption. You staff had terrible people skills and customer service - many Buford locals can vouch.Accept accountability and treat people better. I was never rude to her until the last point where I raised my tone because she was disrespectful for 3-4 minutes straight as we were conducting our transaction. At some point I will put my foot down and I will give her the same energy. Especially when I have dealt with her rude behavior countless times and I bit my tongue. Even still I should not have more composure than your employees.TREAT your customers with more regard and respect. You are only existing because of us. There are many UPS Stores in the surrounding areas that out serve you in service and friendliness.

Worst place ever. My package was delivered today as an access point pick up place. They had my package registered in their computer as receiving it today, but they don’t have it. Didn’t care, apologize, or have any concern for the fact that I paid for 2 day shipping and they have now lost my package that is now still not in my hands after 6 days. Worst place ever, go to any other UPS store than this one. They will lose your package or lose anything you ship out with them! The website had it marked as delivered to the location, but now that I’m having to file a claim for an $85 product they lost, its being listed as a claim.

I just came from this UPS store store number 7028 and it was one of the best customer service experiences. I've had five stars. I came all the way up here to Hamilton Mill from the Dacula village stote, I would give you the store number if I had it but the lady that refused to give it to me, I will now make this UPS store my UPS store of choice. Thank you for the great service.

The manager at this location was rude. In the middle of one employee helping me, the manager curtly interrupted our conversation, repeating with a stern, nasty tone, what he had already informed me. She lacked respect for me, and did not illustrate confidence in the employee. I feel sorry for anyone working with her. (I am sharing my experience that the manager was rude; and the nerve of posting a defensive response invalidating my experience, illustrates a level of insensitivity to someone’s experience.) For the record, I gave the correct reference number from my official email, but you said it didn’t work, and one of the charge me $3 to print a label. I had to call the company to get a general reference number, which I gave to my daughter. I also returned inside with the company still on the phone to make sure the general reference number worked. Nobody was rude during that experience except for the manager.
