Our dog does not tolerate other animals. Our groomer, Victoria takes our pup when all of the other dogs are gone. She does an excellent job and our little girl does not seem stressed when we pick her up.

I scheduled an appointment to have my Persian cat groomed about 3 weeks ago. I received a text message which I printed out that said my cat “is scheduled on 7/10/23 at 8:00 am for cat full groom with Victoria seen you then!” I responded Y for yes, I got there at 7:30 am and only 1 person was there, I assume Victoria and she told me she could not take my cat today!! I was livid, this is not how you run a business. I would not refer my worse enemy to this place, the other shop did the same thing to my mom. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!

Last minute cancelation. I was told I CANNOT book my dog from one day to the next in the middle of the day because she needs special attention. Well, I don't make the bookings I just take what they give me and I plan my work day accordingly. My dog starts shaking uncontrollably as soon as we park. Today was confirmation that I need to listen to my dog. I'll take her to someone with more experience.New groomer is very rude. Cassie was much better.

Just a heads up....Doodles get charged extra large prices even if they are under 70 lbs. You will get a whole story about dematting your dog...I have groomed ours myself before...they just lower the clippers and cut the mats out...clear from the pic. Very unhappy with the job they did, poor dog...will have to let it grow out and try some where different. Price is very expensive by the way...$145 for this. Talked to them, but they didn't want to deal with my dissatisfaction....so here's a heads up post.

I don't know what the idiots giving bad reviews are talking about because Dayna is amazing. She took exceptional care of our dog. She was extremely knowledgeable and you can tell she truly loves what she does. She is by far the best groomer we have ever used and I would recommend her to anyone. She even gave us tips and tricks to work on at home with our pup as he can be a difficult dog to work with. If you want quality and expertise please visit her. If I could give 10 stars I would.

The Grooming Area has a top tier groomer in Dayna. She is kind and gentle and very skilled in her art. She has been a groomer to all of our pets past and present for the last 8 years. Our animals trust her, when they wouldn’t let anyone else groom them and they always look fabulous. Especially our little queen Molly. Wherever Dayna goes, we will always follow.

I’ve been a client of this place for over two years since my golden doodle was a puppy. We went in for a regular grooming with Cassie , but Cassie left. The new groomer said that they would not be increasing prices, because they wanted their clientele to stay with the Puppy Pantry and not leave. When I tried to book an appointment online, no one was answering the emails or the appointment bookings/request. I re-emailed and called several times and the phone lines would either not pick up or they would be disconnected. I went in a couple weeks ago just to see if they were still in business, and the staff was just perplexed about the phone lines and email not answering. I booked an appointment with the new groomer. I took my golden doodle in today to be groomed over a month out of date, so I knew he had to be shaved down from being matted. The groomer ended up charging me well over the original price, plus $40 extra for a dematting. He now looks like a standard poodle with a bad bad haircut and he was shaved, never dematted! I have now talked to three other groomers, and they said I was completely ripped off and it was a terrible haircut. One groomer went so much as to book me a future appointment, even though she is not taking new clients right now. I would not go back to the Puppy Pantry ever again. It is so sad the way they are doing business now.
