Came here a few months back to shop for a new mattress. October was very welcoming and explained everything I needed to know about buying a mattress that suits me. Ordered delivery for a whole set and the process/set up was smooth. Had the new bed for a bit now and it’s great.

I have to give a huge thumbs up to this location. I dealt with Maury and he is very friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful. They can quickly get special sizes such as 3/4 mattress when other companies can’t get anything for six months or more. When I made a mistake in what I ordered Maury helped me get the correct mattress without losing all of my initial investment. I’ll shop with them again!

We shopped around, as always. Pennys wanted 2 months to deliver their product. Clayton found us a better mattress and got it to us in less than a week. Delivery was fast and professional.We are customers for life.

I was very impressed with the quality of the mattresses, we couldn't find anything we liked out of those they had on site but they are definitely worth checking out. If they had one that worked for us we would have definitely bought it, best feeling for quality out of everything we tested.

My wife and I knew what we didn't want and explained to the extremely attentive associate October our situation. She listened carefully and pointed out some mattresses that fit our requirements. She gave us time to check them out and compare them, answering our questions from time to time, helping us nail down exactly what we needed.

Excellent attention. Very knowledgeable clerk. All our questions were answered in a courteous manner. Delivering was a breeze. We get two calls one confirming date and giving time frame. Another 30 minutes before delivering the mattresses. Everybody very friendly.

Exceptional experience! Sales staff was very knowledgeable and not pushy. She gave us plenty of time to test mattresses and decide. Delivery was when promised, professional and fast. A great night's sleep started the first night!

Beware of their 'awesome' warranty. After less than 6 months we had large impressions where we sleep on the mattress. This happened to our last mattress also after 6-7 years and it caused me lower back pain which is why we were purchasing a new one. After I called about the warranty they came out and measured the indentation and said it wasn't deep enough for them to cover it under the warranty but they would take the mattress for 2 weeks and look inside to see if they could do anything. I can't do that, what are we supposed to do for 2 weeks without a mattress? We are going to have to purchase a new one now so overall this has cost us way more than just getting a quality mattress to begin with. It is a very cheaply made mattress and they do not stand behind their products.

Great place to shop with plenty of selection. We purchased from same company multiple times in Ohio and happy to see they are in this area. Jim who works there was not pushy and simply there to define the quality of the product.
