Very wonderful customer service. They fixed my iPhone screen and broken back…and even when the display lights had issues they replaced it so it works! They also have very well priced accessories. Hardworking guys. I recommend!

I’ve been going to this The Fix store for almost 10 yrs. Excellent service, quick, efficient, and very courteous staff. They really do a great job for every device. I did all my family Iphones, Ipads with them.Just got done with my Iphone 14, 14 Pro, & Pro Max last week. Same great service from these guys.I recommend them for all your cellular needs!

Arrived at this store, was told one price and when I went back to get my phone they told me a drastically different price.. they up charged me by OVER $100.00. They are liars and they are crooks.

I prefer to shop at stores in the mall over going on Amazon because you can find better quality and also most people who own these stores show so much respect and customer service. If your at the Mall of Georgia or want a great quality experience then “The Fix” is your store. They didn’t pay me to say this lol, the customer service is just that good.Thank you Arman, you and your co-worker are very pleasant to work with.5⭐️ Happy Customer

I cracked my phone while walking though the mall and dropped it off here. It was fixed in twenty minutes and he charged less than half of what I’d pay at a big store. Highly recommend!!!

I would give them a zero...my son went there and purchased ear buds and they are NO good. Took them back and asked for a refund and they said NO. this was opposite of what the receipt stated; full refund with receipt. Watch out this is not a good neighborhood business. Got scammed!

Came to get my daughter’s iPhone XR cracked display. Arman the technician was super fast and did a quick fix and switched the display at practically half of the price what apple may have charged me. Definitely a store you must consider to get screen protectors or getting your cracked display fixed

I came here twice to repair my phone and they are super nice and fast ! The second time I went they repaired my phone in 15 minutes! Their prices are also reasonable when I told him that I had just broken my phone two weeks prior he gave me a discount which I thought was awesome. I highly recommend they are trustworthy and fast

Super quick and convenient, I came in 20 minutes before closing and they took my order. He fixed my phone in 15 minutes and it was like brand new
