I had the pleasure of working with team Ryan automotive to get the AC fixed in my Kia Sportage. My car was still covered under warranty through Carvana. AJ talked me through the process of having my car fixed through my warranty. I did not have to do anything or call anyone or file any paperwork. Aj took care of everything for me! All I had to do is pay my deductible. While my car was being fixed, Team Ryan provided me with a Rental car, free of charge, for two days. AJ from Team Ryan would text me regularly with updates on my vehicle. This whole experience has been very pleasant and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for repairs on their vehicles. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I'm not a customer of this establishment but for good reason in my opinion. When I had my car towed here for a fuel system issue I was told that my diagnosis would cost $265. Speaking from experience dealing with auto shops for almost 20 years as a commercial area manager, this is a ridiculous price to just "tell me what's wrong with it". I was also told that everyone would be leaving for lunch soon and it would take 2 hours before someone could even diagnose my vehicle. I shopped around and found three shops within 5 miles of this establishment that could see me immediately and for less than $150 to diagnose. Best price was $120 diagnosis, and this is where I plug as the obvious competitor... the great folks at Full Line Auto.... Thanks guys!! for being honest. When I found out the huge price difference I called my tow truck company and got the hell out of this place. I can't imagine how much they would have charged if I was dumb enough to pay their absolutely ridiculous diagnosis fee. They could be the best mechanics ever but if the price for diagnosis is more than twice what is should be then everything else you pay for is as well....

I had the worst experience from team Ryan recently, the additional cost I had to bear will be huge. I had my 2016 Honda accord checked at Team Ryan, for a small rattling noise from the front side passanger wheel on 8/7/24 . After detailed analysis, I was told that Axle shaft bearing need to "removed and replaced". I agreed to that and it got replaced, but the same noise was persistent the same day. I went back, and the mechanic guy just rotated the tyres (and dont know if anything else)and convinced me that , its resolved and suggested me to get new tyre's for the rear wheel. After that, the noise was consistent and I was almost sure that, it's not coming from the tyres improperly hitting the road. After 8 days, I got a call back from team Ryan asking the feedback, then I complained that the issue is still there, then got another appointment for this Monday, 8/19/24. I raised the same issue and while taking test ride, tried to convince the team lead that this definitely looks " not a tyre issue to me" as the sound is sharp and mettalic ( rattling sound). But besides my frequent appeals, the team manager was not listening to me and asked me to change the rear tyre. I didn't argue much as he is not listening to me much. Immediately, I took an appointment with another Automotive garage and they found out that this problem lies with the transmission and by that time it started leaking the fluid. But unfortunately, some damage has developed with the leaked fluid and seems like now I need to replace the transmission box itself (costs 7K + labor).
Reply to the comment.
Pls don't put factually incorrect details in comments. The vehicle was at Team Ryan facility on Aug-19th , so vehicle not seen after 8/8/24 is incorrect.
I didn't mentioned that the original noise has gone, and thats why I opted for another followup checkup on Aug 19th, but unfortunately, my concern was not even heard properly when I visited there. Atleast the car could have been inspected at the lift that day, which was not done, contrary to my expectations.
The problem with the car transmission was verified on Aug-26th by Brendan Reese and I was offered a discount amount. I was asking if that can atleast be send towards my repair expense.
I am not confident enough to bring the car back the 4th time , and I believe the problem could have been diagnosed the first time itself. This could have saved me around least 6K.

They were extremely helpful getting my daughter's car taken care of the same day. Because we live close by, they even gave her a ride home. I highly recommend them, the best customer service I have seen. Thanks again.

I went to Team Ryan for an oil change and I was told that I needed front brakes and will need rear brakes before the next oil change
They charged me over $400.00 for the front brakes and we're going to do the rear brakes including rotors for over $600.00. I had them do the front brakes but I shopped around to replace my rear brakes. I went to Mavis today and they were going to charge me $434.00 to replace the rear brakes. When they put it on the rack, they called me out and ask who told me that I needed rear brakes and I told them Team Ryan. Mavis said that the rear brakes still looked new. When I looked at the brakes, it seemed to have alot of pad allowing. Instead of Mavis taking advantage of me, they told me the truth so I didn't pay to get them replaced. Shame on you Team Ryan. I will never come back for anything.

Team Ryan performed a Pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle we are looking at purchasing. They did a great job giving us a very detailed report on the vehicle and provided us with photos of their findings as well.

I needed a stripped out drain plug extracted from my differential. The honest story is I went with team Ryan automotive because it was the closest place to my house. When I walked in it The staff was polite and I was impressed with my whole experience. I can definitely say I will be doing additional service there when the time comes
