Not enough help - treated rudly by 2 different employees, Took nearly 30 minutes to buy 2 items due to the line and lack of employees. Aisle were clogged and nobody could navigate, went to customer service because they had no line, the rude light-skinnd black lady said she couldn't check me out. This is NO WAY to treat a paying customer. Target is slipping big time on their service they used to brag about. Really awful experience. But no worries, I won't be back. Also get this - I called corporate to voice my opinion - their customer service line couldn't get a supervisor on the phone (pathetic.) Additionally the lady said that there would be no follow-up if I were to file a report. Wow what happened to your company? What a nightmare.
All the above is true as evidenced by the ZERO replies from management this post will get - watch and see...

Target is the best. Best service of any store anywhere! Employees are always wonderful to deal with. Store has everything I ever need with best quality and prices.

You guys better turn on your air conditioning. I should be comfortable walking around and shopping. Maybe pay your CEO a tiny bit less and make your customers comfortable!!!!!

Today I went in target as a door dasher I almost lost out on a job because while I was shopping for the product of the customer from DoorDash, there was nobody around to help me. I was looking for something in the cleaning area for household chores, and found no Target employee to help me ,when I couldn’t find anyone , I had to go over into the clothing /baby section to ask a woman who worked at Target if she could help me and she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about & although she did call for help, there was no response. Finding people who want to work is hard ?and it’s also vacation season but it really isn’t good for business when there’s nobody around to ask for help. The people at checkout were always nice as usual. I hope I don’t get any more Dasher orders at this target location , I’m very disappointed. ☹️

If I can give a 0 I will do it without thinking. This target is Horrible they are extremely rude and they have the worst customer service. I got a horrible experience this afternoon with the cashier name Clell he’s races super rude and he doesn’t even have manners. If you don’t like working with people or talking to people you should find something different to do. He was putting my things in a bag and for no reason he just trow the bag at me and when I told him you are super rude he just look at me and continued to do what he was doing without even saying I am sorry or anything of what he did. I didn’t even talk to a manager because there’s no were to be found they should take more time to see who they hired. Horrible Horrible!!! I don’t recommend this place.

This store has always been clean and welcoming. No complaints about the store itself. The last couple times I've been in though, the self check out has been disabled. Seems like a corporate decision, just a terrible one. Hopefully it'll return soon.

Since the remodel, this place has gone very downhill. Target is supposed to be a superior shopping store IMO and now it’s comparable or worse than Walmart. Used to be my go-to Target location and now I actively try to avoid it. Always dirty and disorganized. Staff is hard to find and though they’re not particularly unfriendly, they’re also not particularly friendly. Parking lot is a mess, there’s always insane lines because they don’t have anyone on register. It’s a shame what happened to this particular location over the last few years.

So I just left target.
When I first arrived, I went to the bathroom to go use it. Mind you I am a female and I do get monthly periods, and when I used the bathroom, there were no toilet paper in any stalls and I didn’t realize this until after I used the toilet. I am bleeding because of my female cycle, so imagine bleeding and not having toilet paper to wipe yourself. Disgusting. I went to customer service and told them about it and they said they would inform a manager. However, 25 minutes later as I was leaving the store, I went back in the bathroom to see if anything was addressed, and the bathroom still looked the same, refer to pictures. This is nasty as hell and I will no longer be shopping at this store. Hourly bathroom checks are supposed to be a part of someone’s job description.
