had gone to many different targets and couldn't find the vinyl i was looking for. when i had no luck finding it here again, i asked Adrian (in the electronics department), and he went out of his way to double check were we had already looked (he even said if he couldn't find it today, we could come back tomorrow and he would hold onto it for us) and then he went to the back to check there as well and found the LAST one... Beware of accusatory behavior from this Target. An employee ran up behind one of my family members as they were heading to checkout. Kind of disappointing...

Shopping experience is ok and the Target we shop at.However you can tell the poor workers are miserable and good luck if you need any customer service from an employee,You be waiting 15 to 20 minutes for some help.The selection also varies for some reason at the different Targets around my area.

My daughter and I were walking into this Target and an employee doing what I assume curb side delivery walked into the enter only area saying excuse me ladies as he almost knocked my daughter on the ground. What ever happened to customer service? Not at this Target. A bunch of bully employees work here. Never again

I have been coming to this Target since I moved to the area nearly 10 years ago. I have been hoping since then that it would expand into a SuperTarget, but I do not think that will be happening due tot he recent update. I truly enjoy shopping here. The store can be a bit messy at times, evening when it is not holiday shopping season. That is the only reason for my 4 stars. Due to the lack of organization, there have been times that I went to the store, looking for items that are "in stock", but neither I nor the sales associate can find them. Worse is when I have placed an order for pick up, went to the store only to find out that items were out of stock. With all of that said, this is a great place to shop, and the new layout is lovely. Note to mention, there is now a Starbucks! Because I frequent this store so often and shop for two my growing children, I have to return things from time to time. When I do, I get the pleasure of seeing Ms. V. She is a delight and I am sure anyone that comes into contact with her would say the same. She is the epitome of customer service and her energy just makes you feel good :) I don't know what she is making, but it is not nearly enough for the good energy she brings to this store.

Customer service needs to be reviewed!! As I'm leaving the store from using the self-checkout the cashier screams to get me to stop and proceeded to tell me "something didn't go through" I have no clue what she was talking about since I PAID FOR MY ITEMS. As I go back I showed her my receipt and she says "OH THE CHECKOUT IS OUT OF PAPER"...I'm not sure how you get something didn't go through to the register not having paper but it was extremely embarrassing. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

Worst target ever. Smh another mistake has been made. After all of the dented cans and spilling liquids, I'll only pickup my drive ups in inclement weather from now on.

If you are buying anything online at target.com and use PayPal to pay for it, if you change your mind they only refund with a Target gift card. I called the 800 Customer service line and they couldn't do anything to simply have my refund put back on my PayPal which is linked to my bank account. If you go into the store they will refund in cash, but isn't the benefit of buying online that you don't have to go to the store? I will never buy anything from Target online again.
