Today was my first visit to this jeweler and I wanted to have them send off an old automatic watch that has sentimental value for repair, find something for my wife's upcoming birthday, and take a look at some of the watches they had in store. Denise helped me accomplish all three of the above tasks. She was very professional and personable, and was patient and helpful in narrowing in on just the right piece for my wife's birthday present. While she was wrapping the gift, Sunny saw me looking at some of the watches again and was also eager and helpful in showing me their watches. Both Denise and Sunny were very knowledgable about the watches we looked through, and it was quite a pleasant trip to the store. I'd highly recommend this store, and look forward to returning myself.

Tara Fine Jewelry is simply the best, my family and my husbands family have been going to them for over 30 years.The quality of the jewelry is exceptional. Every single time I go into Tara the service is top notch. Eddie, Lisa, Scott and their whole team make you feel like family. They take time to work with you, they educate you with absolutely no pressure. I would highly recommend going to Tara for all your jewelry purchases!

They sell Rolex!!!I've been visiting the store every other day on my lunch break for the past month and a half trying to get a timepiece for myself: Rolex, to be exact. I'm certain the staff is sick of seeing me at this point, but they're too kind to say anything.I've been looking for a stainless steel model: something between the 7-10 thousand dollar range. Of course, it's the hardest price point to get into right now because of the insane demand.Mike was the representative to begin directing me through the process, teaching me about the history of Rolex and guiding me through the different models offered. Sonny would help mewhenever Mike wasn't there on my visits. They were both very honest with me throughout each visit; "In full transparency, we can't remember the last time we've seen any stainless steel models inside this case. There's a strong chance you'll be waiting for a while before we even see anything."It wasn't until today did I take another visit, and my efforts paid off. Not expecting to see anything in the case walking into the store, Sonny immediately waved me toward the boutiqueand told me; "We got something in today...! I've been trying to phone other customers who were interested, but no one's picking up the phone since they're all at work..."She took me to the display case, and tucked away in the corner was a Rolex Explorer 36 mm, full stainless steel. The original size it was built on, the watch Rolex enthusiasts say was inspired by the ascent of Mt. Everest. This was EXACTLY what I wanted.Without hesitation, we shook on it and I went to withdraw cash. She immediately put down the phone and stopped contacting other customers to honor my commitment to purchase without ANY spend history or prior sales at the store just because I was there in person. It really made me feel as though I had a chance at getting my dream watch even with the amount of traffic passing through the store... And it completely paid off!Mike and Sonny were so amazing to work with throughout the process. If you ever go into the store, ask for them immediately. I can't wait to cherish my watch for life!

I visited Tara based on an advertisement I heard on the radio. I was not disappointed at all with my experience there! The staff were gracious, helpful and will to assist me with repairing a couple of antique watches and designing and making a men’s ring. Mike was very helpful in the design and created an heirloom better than I had in my mind. There was a production issue which Mike brought to my attention and recommended a “redo”, at no charge. The end product was magnificent. They even provided papers so I could properly insure the ring. Also a shout out to Scott who helped with watch repairs! The special order parts to repair the antique Mickey Mouse watch was worth the wait. I was very pleased with the service and will be back, along with recommending them to friends.

My first impression at Tara Fine Jewelry was nothing short of amazing.I spoke with Sunny was an absolute delight to work with: knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.The owner of the shop Eddie even stopped by to answer a question about a Rolex I’m interested in.Furthermore, their watch technician addressed a concern I was having on a Breitling I happened to have in the car with me.Then water & chocolates with a to-go Rolex book was absolute next level service!

I would give this 6 stars if I could. I am in a customer service arena myself with selling real estate full time and I must say the staff and owners at Tara are top notch. I have been looking to get various watches for a while and have been to every other authorized dealer in Metro Atlanta trying to build a relationship but treated as if I am just another number. Tara's is a little further away from me but I made the drive out there and on the first day met with Sunny. She was extremely kind, energetic and patient and helped me try on some different models and get on a waitlist. Typically I send out thank you notes to businesses when I have a good experience. 2 days later a thank you note from the owners of Tara's arrived thanking me for coming in before I even got mine out to them. I was shocked. I've touched base with Sunny a few times to alter the wish list and within a few months they were able to get me a watch to purchase where every other AD I have been on lists for a year+. Being in my 30s, I am looking to establish a multi decade long buying history with a company, I will now continue to go out of my way to make jewelry and watch purchases from Tara's. The service is hands down the best I've experienced of any other places and it feels like they truly value their customers. The old school AD game of keeping watches flowing to their A list clients is so absurd. They want you to have buying history to get a watch but won't get you a watch to establish buying history. It's an immediate turn off for doing business with those places. You won't find that with Tara, you'll find a great experience and you'll keep going back.

I have been wanting to purchase a Rolex for years, but was not sure where to find a reputable, authorized dealer. I stopped by Tara Fine Jewelry to see what they had, feeling apprehensive about how I would be greeted. Tara had several display models to look at, but none to purchase at the time. Alisha Williams took detailed notes and spent time with me to find out the exact specifications I desired in a watch. When I least expected it, I got the call from Alisha letting me know she had a watch that fit all the specifications I was looking for. Alisha came through for me and made the purchase at Tara Fine Jewelry an enjoyable experience I will always remember. Thank you, Alisha, and everyone at Tara! I will definitely purchase from you all in the future.

I was recommended here from a friend. I went in looking for a watch and was given exceptional service from the staff- Lisa & Eddie. I was greeted and made to feel like an important client in their store. They are knowledgeable and courteous. The showroom was beautiful and easy to shop. Quality jewelry and diamonds with plenty to choose from. I would highly recommend and will return my business. Other stores I have visited have no comparison to Tara Jewelry or their friendly service which made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped in.

Reached out to this store in February to express my interest in a few timepieces. Was immediately contacted by T.Woodall. We had a great introductory conversation and today I was finally able to stop in.The store looks amazing, bright and vibrant and the entire team was welcoming and engaging. I was paired with Sunny who was immensely knowledgeable and reconfirmed what I was interested in.I did not walk in looking for what I purchased today but couldn’t be happier with my Tudor P39!! The titanium case and bracelet are amazing. Great service and great atmosphere at Tara Fine Jewelry!!

Probably a very unique post in that I’m writing this review without even having made a purchase….yet! I’ve just entered the market to purchase a unique piece that I fell in love with sight unseen. Before deciding to make, what I believe is a significant investment, I decided to seek out Jewelers who specialize in this time piece, within the Atlanta area. Tara was my first inquiry. From the start, Eddie’s reply was warm, inviting and very customer oriented. It was also met with an invitation to come by and meet one of their non-commission specialists. My wife and I did….but only after a follow up conversation and email from Tracey! Again, met with a sensationally warm and customer friendly response. So, my wife and I decided to stop by.Wow, we were absolutely blown away! Listen, it’s truly hard for me to put into words, because again, I knew they didn’t have the piece I was looking for and they knew they couldn’t “sell” me anything that day. Yet, I was met with service like I was spending $100k or better. Kelly was the specialist that helped us, and not only did her level of expertise align with what I’d learned about the piece, but her deeply rooted knowledge made her a true brand ambassador, in my opinion. On every level, not only was Kelly helpful, but she was very personable and made a connection with us as people….not just customers. Finally, back to Tracey. During our visit, she came down to introduce herself which was the icing on the cake in regard to top notch service. Again, connecting more than as a customer but as people. Both Kelly and Tracey even gave us literature to get us more familiar with the brand. Did I say that I didn’t buy a thing that visit???? It was such a pleasure to experience Tara FJ and their team of professionals. My wife and I have committed to only purchase our piece from them, no matter what opportunity presents itself in the market. They’ve earned a customer for life…and I’d highly recommend you give them a chance if you are in the market for jewelry. They even sent a thank you card ????

Tara Fine Jewelry was excellent!I stopped by to formally introduce myself as I'm in the market for my first Rolex! The moment my daughter and I walked in we were greeted by a lovely police officer who was not only polite, but stopped us to make my daughter a junior deputy!Once we proceeded inside ten mins before their closing two amazing ladies named Sunny and Donna gave my daughter and I a warm welcome.I informed them who I was and told them I was ready to purchase my first Rolex. While Sunny escorted me to the Rolex section, Donna came with chocolates and a water for my daughter and i.Sunny showed me every model and let me try them all on to give me a sense of the difference.While Sunny was being very informative describing every model and all the details of that said watch, Donna was getting all of my information and which watches I liked.Sunny and Donna as a pair were the dream team and made my experience amazing. They even gave me two Rolex books to day dream about all the models.I did not walk out with a watch that day, but I'm confident we will be doing a lot of business for years to come.

I looked at several jewelry stores before landing at Tara. Tara was by far the best in both customer service and the quality of their jewelry. I was specifically looking for a diamond ring and they blew the competition out of the water in their diamond quality and (extremely rare) cuts.As a newbie to diamonds, they did a fantastic job educating me on what to look for and what made one diamond a better quality than another. I feel super confident in my purchase - and my wife LOVES her new ring. We have already added several other items to our Tara wishlist!
