It is a pleasure shopping at T mobile mall of Georgia. The customer service I received from Brent was above & beyond what I expected. He was patient, understanding, informative and able to answer all my questions & concerns. He also had a good attitude towards his job. Thank you Brent for a wonderful service and thank you Simone for assisting us as well & providing a wonderful customer service. Will definitely be coming back

Good customer service is greeting everyone and making sure they need help with something, to which I did not receive today. I sat there and waited for 15-20 mins after being told I will be helped shortly. After finishing with a previous customer, an employee walked around and greeted multiple people that walked in and helped them before me, even though they saw me sitting there. They didn’t check to see if I had already been helped or anything so I left. In my 10+ years of customer service I would’ve never let someone go unnoticed especially for a potential sale.

I want to give a shout out for the excellent customer service I received from Tmobile store representative, Carlos. He was patient, transparent, and thorough not to mention extremely positive. He helped me get through a grueling and painful customer service experience with Xfinity mobile in attempting to sever my ties with their service. If you visit this store, ask for Carlos. Thanks so much!

Today, we had an outstanding experience with Vanessa. I have been a T-Mobile client for over 8 years and never had such an effective and seamless in-store experience. We will definitely go back. We highly recommend her.

If you’re looking to upgrade your phone or plan go see David Flores!!! He helped my family and I add lines to our account and gave us the best options available to upgrade to new phones!! We even signed up for their 5G internet thanks to David! Outstanding customer service and the location was quiet and relaxed. Loved it.

I upgraded my device here and I said I don’t want to add insurance on new phone couple times but the staff didn’t carefully listen, added insurance. I had to pay more because of insurance which I did not want. Eventually I canceled it by myself. That Staff needs to be trained more

I love this team and the store. Their was another customer beside me complaining about how the team looks in uniform and how he wants his country back!! he was completely wrong and disrespectful to the team who is mostly hispanic and african descent. And He complained about how the uniforms are too relaxed, while picking on a rep for wearing black converse to work. I applaud this team for their hard work and their customer service. People do not have to deal with customers like him. That guy does not even understand how a company like tmobile takes the time to make sure their employees are comfortable and relatable for customers. Me and my family had an amazing experience with my rep jonathan and i will be returning very soon

I hate this coorperation the trade in rules are stupid the phone protection people are a 3rd party that sent me a broken phone and upgrading always cost more then it should

Leslie was a Jem, I will only visit this location because of her. She was VERY knowledgeable about all the plans and was even able to get my mom to join the T-Mobile network. She was a blessing for sure

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, we try to get a new phone and because their poor Internet conection for their own tablets we just waste 30 minutes and no new phone. Plus the BAD actitud of the person who was helping us.
