As a long time T-Mobile customer, we were hoping to stay with T-Mobile with upgraded new phones. Unfortunately one of the workers told us there were no promos available during Black Friday. Very unfriendly, had no clue, cold and zero help. Walked out disappointed but able to get new phones following week with another carrier for an awesome promo deal.

Poor experience. Went in to purchase two watches. My girlfriend tried one on and the alarm of the watch behind the one she tried on went off. Lady came over and said we had broken the alarm tape, when clearly we didn’t touch the watch that went off. Poor people skills definitely lost a sale. Went to apple to purchase the watches directly from them.

Make sure you bring a recorder if you decide to go to this store.Because what they tell you and what really happens to your bill can be totally different.Rep told us that we can trade in our phone for free with the promotion they had. And because getting a free phone was the main reason for our visit, we made sure several times with him that we do not want to pay any additional for getting a new phone because her old phone was working perfectly fine(it was little smaller) and he assured us it was even trade where we did not have to pay anything for new phone except for 80 some dollars which includes tax and remaining amount from her old phone device as long as we stay with T-mobile for 24months. If we cancel our service before 24month then we will have to pay the remaining balance in full.Well, we thought the promotion was so good that few weeks later we decided to trade in all our phones and went to the store close to us. He then told us that only 5G plus customer do not qualify for new free phone and we had magenta plan. When he told us that we all decide not to get new phones. Then I asked the manager how was my daughter able to get a new phone few weeks ago at the Buford location and he said it was not free, we are paying 25.88 per month for that phone for 24months.I immediately called the store spoke to Carla and she said not to worry but she can fix the issue and asked us to upgrade to 5G plus and she can back date it and give the promotion to my daughter's new phone. and she said there is no additional charge to upgrade. because with my bad experience with other rep, I told her I will call her back and called the other store to confirm and he said that is not true, it will cost about 35 dollars a month to upgrade. another misinformation from Buford store!I called Carla back after I returned from my trip and ready to record conversation, but now she said she misinformed me. she dig into more and found out it will cost me 35 dollars a month to upgrade. so what would have happened I trusted her first time and decided to upgrade???Well she offered to send the new phone back and they will credit back my account but we will not be able to get our old phone. Are you serious?? who would agree to do that?She called back and said we received the promotion and received partial credit but still left us over $600 to pay over 24month period. We should not be paying anything for the device period!We would have never traded our phone if we were told there will be monthly fee.This is so upsetting as us customer can only go by what the representative is telling us. I am pretty sure that he probably thought we already had 5G plus plan and told us totally incorrect information and promised something that is not true.Now I will make sure I start record every conversation when I go in for anything!

Kesha has got to be the best T-Mobile Employee Ive ever experienced. Ive been using T-Mobile for years now and never has any other employee convinced me to upgrade my phone with all the perks. She was very knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions and trust me I had A LOT of them, Lol!! I now have the best phone and plan I've ever had and I'm extremely satisfied with it. Everytime I come there I know Im getting my money's worth and I know exactly who to look for. Thank you sooo much. You’re Awesome!!!

Entire staff is extremely rude. Always refuses to help. Always rolls their eyes and gives you an attitude and claim they can’t help. My husband added me as an authorized user and I have a screenshot to prove it when he spoke with the agent online and they wouldn’t help me “cause I wasn’t an authorized user” but clearly had every proof I really am. Tevin Roland is the worst. Talking behind your back and laughing at you and thinks he knows everything claiming you have to have your phone from Verizon for 90 days for it to be unlocked when it’s actually 60 days and can also prove that it’s unlocked. He abuses people verbally and everybody in there just has such bad energy as soon as you walk in. No greeting. No smile. Nothing. Go somewhere else. This ain’t what customer service is about. All of them need to be fired. A whole new team. I will be going to corporate about this. ✌?

BEWARE OF THIS STORE! Classic bait and switch approach to sales. Not sure if this comes from the employees or the owner of the store. They will lie to you about what it takes to get $800 off a new iPhone and you won’t have a clue until you get your bill from T-Mobile. By that time is too late to get the phone you traded in back and go to a reputable cellular company. They told me all I had to do was switch to the Go5G plan which we did in the store when we got new phones. The reality is that you have to switch to the Go5G Plus plan which is significantly more expensive. T-Mobile doesn’t care once they gave you locked in…

Switched over to T-Mobile recently from Verizon & I wish I would have done it sooner! T-Mobile did everything for me that Verizon could never within an hour of stepping into their store. Great customer service (Keisha was amazing, I recommend her to anyone for all your phone service needs), quality phone service, and thoroughness throughout the whole process.

Store was busy. We had a particular issue and one rep helped us. Then we were still there and another rep came to see if we needed help. Told them we had it figured out. Kept asking questions after already told we were ok. First rep was great.
