Had a wonderful experience with LJ at Premier Nissan Mall of Georgia. I went in with my exact wants and they delivered. LJ was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. In addition to having a great sales person, the manager Corey and F&I manager Diego were also wonderful! I am happy I decided to go with them. I was in and out in 3 hours! I will be back.

I can’t praise Jasmine Belser enough for the experience I had at Premier Nissan today . Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. You went way beyond my expectations to make my time there very pleasant .Thank you everyone for doing that. I will recommend you and your company to all my friends , family and acquaintances. Typical bait-and-switch sales scam. Premier lists a good price on its website, pressures you to come into the dealership after asking them to confirm the price in writing first. Finally, Rick, the manager, sends an offer via email that is way above not only the website price but above MSRP and includes thousands extra in non-existent packages and a line that simply reads "fees". AVOID THIS BAIT-AND-SWITCH, SCAM DEALERSHIP. Update 9/16 - So the supposed "owner" sends the below response indicating that I can talk to him "directly. The number given, however is a generic automated menu and he did not provide his name. Not very use for a "direct" conversation to resolve the matter. Just more BS.

#Dishonest
I was interested in a truck at their advertised price. When the salesperson sent the numbers, they were very different. The MSRP price included all packages, but they wanted to add them again.

This was a family dealership until
They sold it! Gosh we all missed sutherlin! The new company “premier” laid us off without warning!! No separation pay! Half way through a working day! We all suffered tremendously! With the economy, it’s already hard to find jobs, and we had no time to prepare. I worked at the dealership for years and not a care was given about mine and my families livelihood! It took me a while to write this review, but giving they have once done it again to more employees saddens me and made me urgently want to write a review! Not a good company to work for! They do not care about there employees! You are just a number there! Run away from
Working or buying from this company! They came in acting like they wanted to keep the same family and support as sutherlin was a lie! They ruined that dealership! It will never be the same!

Didn’t even make it to the dealership, worst experience I’ve had over the phone. Refused to give a price, kept calling trying to schedule an appointment and playing games.

Colby Lacey was a top notch sales person. He personally took care of all if our needs when purchasing our new Nissan Altima. He was knowledgeable and listened and answered all if our questions. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to purchase a car.
