This Starbucks has been my go-to for two years. I had never had an issue with my coffee or service until last week. Last week, my coffee was not good. I went inside and asked for a remake and explained that the coffee had no flavor and tasted like warm milk. The person at the register was nice, but then the barista came over and roughly stated she would remake it, but it would taste the same. and it did.I did not return to Starbucks that week.I decided to go today in hopes she would not be there or I could have someone else make my coffee. Without going into explanation, I quietly asked if the other barista could make my coffee. Surprisingly. I was told NO. They do not work like that. So I politely left without my coffee.That makes me really sad because I have enjoyed going to this Starbucks. I will now either drive to Suwannee or maybe start exploring other local coffee shops

I always come to this starbies and usually have no probs but I'm sad today:( do u see how much ice there is? That's way above venti scoop I know cuz I used to work at starbies :( my heart sad cuz I love yall but I shouldn't pay 7$ for almost all ice .... Not cool yall :( and I left tip :( if u don't like ur job don't work there... pls ... especially I was the only car there when I ordered! So baddd ugh.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.Wow, where do I begin? I was sold a cold cup of coffee. Gave them a second chance to make a fresh cup. Gave me back the same cup, slightly colder due to long wait. Asked for a refund nicely on my app. Instead they charged me AGAIN. I paid twice. I went inside and asked for my double charge to be refunded. I was told by Grace, the manager, that she was "dealing with a crisis" despite having three employees and no guests waiting other than the ones in DT behind me. She refused to wait on me, citing it would be at least ten minutes. I had already been in DT for twelve. Finally, she comes over and never apologizes, speaks in a sarcastic and condescending tone, and voids the transactions. My Starbucks app does not show the money in my account. I grab the district managers card and call her. She returns my call saying she was not the district manager. I reminded her that her name on the card matched the name on her voice mail. Then, she says I thought this was an emergency and I am on vacation. I asked who was covering for her and could I get their contact info. She said she would have someone contact me. Will update this review if I hear from someone. I seriously doubt it. She never even asked what happened. Culture and customer service FAIL!!

For some reason, handing over a coffee box through the drive-thru was such a hassle to get done. I don't ever post reviews, no matter the situation, but the girl at the drive-thru was extremely rude and started to raise her voice unnecessarily. I stayed calm throughout the conversation, but she was very hesitant that I needed to come inside the store and grab the coffee box. Something that Krispy Kreme & Dunkin Donuts would never have an issue with. Don't order a coffee box.

Their morning crew is still the best in my opinion! I come by 6:30 am about 3-4 times a month before work and my drinks are always perfect!
