Tried the new place. Terrible experience. They had one guy working the bays on a Saturday morning. After getting in after 15 min wait for 2 cars to process, the guy tells me they don’t have oil or filters for an f150. Waste of time.

I recently used the $20 wash service at this car wash, and unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory. The self-service vacuum had no pressure, making it ineffective. Additionally, the only cleaning option available was glass cleaner, and the rags provided were all wet. The floors were littered with trash, and overall, the facility was in disarray. I would not recommend this car wash based on this experience.

It change name to Xtreme express prices went up the cheapest is 10 bucks now and it doesn't even rinse the soap from your car got out of it and half of the car was cover with soap this was my 1st and last time using this carwash better off doing it at home

Edit: I was given a refund with no issues and the young lady at the front was very nice. I’ll bump it up to two stars for that!
I normally go to Mister Carwash but decided to stop by this location because it was less traffic. BIG MISTAKE. First the man who is supposed to direct me on the car wash track was on his phone and took his home sweet time coming over. But the main reason I won’t be coming back here is because it did not wash my car completely and my car wasn’t even super dirty. If it was really dirty this carwash wouldn’t have even put a dent in it. I paid for the wash with rain repellent and tire shine and my tires don’t have shine as other car washes I have gone to. Also the self service vacuums did not have strong suction. I drive for Uber so a lot of people track dirt and leaves on my floors in the back and I had to go over the same spot like 5-6 times. My car looks subpar. I know that nice area doesn’t mean everything is perfect but for the area I kinda did expect a better car wash lol Probably the second worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Please bypass this place unless it’s the only one by you that’s open and you’re in desperate need of a wash.

Got half of dirt off car. Vacuum barely have suction . Not sure it’s busy there. Waste of money and first time there. Going somewhere else.

Just got my car washed in front of Sam's in Buford and I really can't tell it was washed at all. They did not even get the bird poop off of the door or the hood. You may want to take your car somewhere else.

I came here and did emissions, oil change, and car wash and I am so happy with the service I received. The individual Nortbert was the absolute best! He was very attentive, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond with service in all areas. I highly recommend working not only with him but with this amazing place! I am extremely impressed and will continue coming back here again.

I used to live down the street here in Buford. Use to come to this car Wash many times for oil change, detailing etc. however, apparently it has new ownership. The lobby barely has anything in it. The bathroom door doesnt lock. I literally had just walked in the door after leaving my vehicle, entered the building and went straight to the bathroom, And the guy who was suppose to be detailing my car walked in while I was using that bathroom and didn't say excuse me, anything. When I bought it to the managers attention that the bathroom door doesnt lock and there were no paper towels, his reply was are you sure you locked it? SIR, I'm fifty one years old, so I know how to lock a bathroom. The guy with the beard and glasses is a very poor manager. He told me he had no change...because it was a slow day.. but he told me earlier that he had no one to go get paper towels. Uhm sir, YOU!!
I won't be back again. I suggest you take your car somewhere else!!

Went for an emissions test and there was one guy working four oil changes and two emissions tests. After 15 minutes of no progress I left and went to a place with no wait.

Quick oil change and great service for the full detail clean. It was my first time, and I was worried about where exactly to go, but the mechanics and staff were all incredibly helpful. I'll be back!
