Would not recommend. Tried giving this location a chance since my ex had purchased a vehicle from the same company and the car had unlimited issues , like the brakes going out the second day of having it. I am in a rush to get a car as my unexpectedly is done for. I was contacted by them and reached out again for additional information before booking an uber for a 40 minute drive. The "manager' insured me that the vehicles I was interested in were at this location and that the sales person would provide me with all the info I wanted before I went all the way out to the dealership. There response was "everything is done in store" they wouldn't even give me the mileage of the vehicles I was interested in. During the application the sales person put down Instacart as my previous employer since I used to do a bit of that on the side. What they don't tell you is that if you do any of those types of services you are automatically denied whether it's previous or not and have to wait 30 days before applying again. The sales person knew that and still put in on the application and still had me wait forever just to be told it was denied. Also you have to apply and have it hit your credit before even getting to view any of the cars or receiving any information on them which is absolutely stupid. They gave me a $25 gift card to Quiktrip. My ubers were $40 each and now my credit has a new hit. Thank you Sports & Imports for wasting my time and money. Communication goes a long way and unfortunately you seemed to not like communicating.

This is the worst car dealership! They close at 8:00 but if you do not pay by 5:00 they shut your car off which is ridiculous! Then the chick ask me what time do I normally pay my payment. It doesn't matter what time as long as it's paid before closing! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOT! They talk a good game to get you in! Then when you get over to them they give you the runaround approving you when you have been up front with them about whatever your issues are! I have made all of my payments on time. Just because I didn't pay before 8 ( which is not in paperwork) then my vehicle shouldn't be shut off ..just STUPID BUSINESS!!!!!

Cyrus was the best!!!! He made sure he listened to my needs and worked with me for the past two days!!!! Ask for him when you go there. He will work with your down payment and help you pick out the best insurance

I’ve been denied twice in the past two weeks trying to buy a car because of my credit and I got approved here! J.Duncan (aka boots) was very helpful with making sure I left with the vehicle I wanted! I would recommend coming here if you’re rebuilding your credit! You won’t be disappointed!

This was the worst car experience of my life. I have bought many cars and never have I experienced roaches in a vehicle I've purchased. After calling my Account Manger I was told because I didn't bring it to their attention at the first occurrence there was really nothing they could. She did offer to have the car bombed but I would have to leave the car there and wait until whenever they could detail the car with no idea when that would be and I couldn't get a loaner. I bomb the car and notice in the truck a tub of blood near the dose tire. After calling once again I was told once again there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to management and was told this was going in my account record and they would be in contact. Never heard from them. And they had the nerves to ask about my payment while I was telling them all the issues with the car. When purchasing a car from them please inspect from the front to the back with a fine tooth comb before you leave this lot. Once you drive off everything will be on you... no support at all from them. They will do NOTHING TO ACCOMMODATE YOU IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE.. 4 different occasions I have had to deal with this roach infective car with no help from this dealership. Blood which is bio hazardous was over looked. If they had taken the time and fully detailed this car before putting it on the lot for customers to purchase all of this woukd have been prevented.

Ummmmm... nope.. I went to this location, the first vehicle they were trying to give me was an old Nissan Murano and the middle console wouldn't stay down, the second was a Dodge Nitro that had a horn that didn't work and it had an airbag light on, so yeah, I then test drove a 2016 vehicle, man I wish I would of kept looking elsewhere, something is going on with the engine, when I told them about it.. they said it was probably my battery, I replaced the battery and I'm still having trouble. I let them know and they said I could bring it in , but I would have to leave the vehicle there three to seven days.. like really. They're about to get this lemon back, I've only had the car a little under three months. This is sad. So I ended up giving them back that vehicle.. mind you they had it supposedly fixed it after have had it for NINE freaking days... only to get it back, with having the same problem. They asked me if I wanted to have them send it to another mechanic... oh I almost forgot and the car didn't have any fluids in it.. yet they supposedly had someone from the lot to drive it before I picked it up 6:30 pm.. (I didn't have it back twenty four hours) and it's doing the same thing. EvERY SINGLE NEGATIvE REVIEW you see about this car company. BELIEVE it.. they are such liars and my ACCOUNT MANAGER Emily was such a liar.. tell you she will call and don't work the next day.. they play so many games.. RUN.. matter of fact SPRINT from this place. WASTE OF TIME.

PLEASE READ PLEASE READ PLEASE READ PLEASE READ PLEASE READWish I can give this place negative stars, worst dealership ever. Im not using my real account because I don’t want them to target me but I’ve been a customer with them for almost 2 years and the experience been worst. First I have to call up there 4-5 time just for the phone and when I do get a answer NINA puts me staring on hold for 3-5 mins like she don’t know how to answer the phone CAROL is way better. About a year in me having this car I get into it with my account manager on the phone named HOLDEN, she is very confrontational and dont care about customer situation she treats you more like a number instead of a customer. I had to request for another account manager because she was accusing me and calling me out of my name over the phone very unprofessional.So when they give you the car they let you know that their is a lock on the vehicle where if you don’t make your payment they lock up your car. I paid yesterday before their office closed on time, I get off work at 2 in the morning, I get to my car and the car is locked. It’s 2 in the morning, I’m in the middle of the city and my car locked, imagine that. And when I called this morning, which had to take like 3-4 try I told NINA what had happened she said exactly “well I’m fixing your car now”. Like how was that supposed to make up for me having to be stuck in my car in the middle of the city of atl from 2 until they opened at 9 after work. I’m pissed.Please if you have another option please go somewhere else and save your money and time and have a peace of mind. This is a Buy Here Pay Here, they don’t care about you all they want is your money. Yes they have Good reviews but when you leave they make you give them a good review.

I had some challenging credit ..but They came through for us. This is a good company to go through if you can’t get a vehicle due to challenged credit Thanks for your patience Duncan!Update don’t go to this place they’re pleasant as soon as you’re giving out the money sign on the dotted line and you’re on your own. Purchased a 2003 Honda Civic for our teenage daughters as salesman knew. Less than a week tire blew out went to get another from tire shop they inform me that all the tires are dry rotted they all looked new but dry rotted. Went back they told me to buy and they will reimburse me . Come back on Monday-and they’ll buy some I wasn’t able to come on Monday due to sickness when I did they acted as though they had no knowledge of the conversation. Week after that car kept breaking down I called in basically it’s as is so nothing they would do long story short my payments is 540 monthly they keep trying to have me pay 640 to cover for some insurance they want you to have through them even though they asked for my insurance info prior to leaving with the car. I have USAA but they still kept sending a request for payment for $640 they claim they didn’t see where I had provided that at the start everyone knows you’re not leaving a dealership without proof of auto insurance. I’ve had the 2003 Honda Civic that I’m paying 540 monthly within 4 months I’ve had to buy a battery 4 brand new tires, and an alternator while paying my payment and by the way if your payment is due on the 1st if it’s not paid on that day they will put the kill switch on your car and you want be able to crank it there’s no grace don’t have problems with your account or work to late. Your car will not crank because they’ll turn it off and track your car and send texts that they’ve dispatched the repo man all this will happen if you don’t make your payment by close of business day. Spend your money where you like but I’m just giving a heads up so you’ll be well informed of what you’re getting into with this Buford location. You’re royalty until you sign on the dotted line and leave dealership afterwards you’re treated like a peasant .
