I went to the Harley Davidson dealer and they could not help me out. They simply did not offer me an option to fix my rear rim. They only told me I can get a new one. I took it to Southern cycle. They fix my problem with no butts never going back again to the Harley Davidson dealer solar cycle. You have my business for life.

From full custom builds to a simple parts order this team goes above and beyond when taking care of customers. 5 star quality work with 5 star customer service this team can do everything under one roof from complete engine builds with dyno tuning, full audio builds and complete paint work that is award winning across the board. Sean and his guys do good work. However, the lack of communication from them on the status of your bike while it is there is very frustrating. I dropped my bike off on June 8th for a repair, I was quoted a time of one month to finish the work. No biggie, 2 months go by, and no update, 3 months they had my bike. They only time I could get updates on what was going on was after leaving multiple messages trying to get info. I finally get my bike back, and it's now leaking, I bring it back, again they only give me updates when I leave multiple messages. So if you want a place that will keep you up to date on what's going on with your bike while it's in the shop, this not the place to go. With all that said, their prices are fair and the work seems to be good.

Southern Cycle is IT. Shawn and the guys are great. If you have a Harley Davidson or V-twin bike this is the place. Can't say enough great things about them.

Came in for one thing left with another by choice. Sean did an outstanding job of recommendations for my top end build. We didn't go hog wild but what we came up with was exactly what I wanted. My husband and our family were headed down to Panama City Beach for Bike Week. On our way there, my husband's wheel fractured. While figuring out our next move, a few gentlemen recommended Southern Cycles and said they may have a wheel and tire that would work for your bike. So we drove over there and they had an exact match and gave it to us for a great price. We will definitely be going back in the future and will send business their way. (1st two pictures are the fracture, last picture is the new wheel and tire)

5 stars does not do this shop justice. My sidecar paint match is nothing less than stunning. The paint is actually smoother than my Harley factory paint. These guys are the real deal and probably the best you'll find anywhere. And the price was very reasonable. Yea, I had to wait a couple months but that's a small price to pay for this level of work.

Stopped here with a bent 21 inch fat spoke wheel on my road king. Harley down the road wouldn’t touch it even though I informed them I was a through travel and needed to ride my bike back to havelock,nc the next day. Called southern cycle they made magic happen and got me back on the road quickly. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Great shop, very helpful. Will do business with them the next time I’m in the area

I recently had my bike completed with a tune, upgraded air cleaner, and head pipes. The bike runs good. My only complaints are they gave me my bike back covered in pollen didnt event blow it off before giving it back to me and they dont answer the phone had to send them an email on the status of my bike. If your getting your bike completed here ask if its inventory week if it is then dont bother checking up you get it when you get it
