I went to Mrs Mondragon about a tax issue where I misfiled a couple years back. I was charged a little over 350 for her to “fix it”, took a year to realize she never fixed the issue, and caused a bigger mess for me with the IRS. I would email and call her, often waiting a month to get a response from her. I was very respectful during our encounters, but I could tell she was avoiding me.
Fast forward to me finding a professional CPA, he got into contact with the IRS and they explained to me that the amendment she did made things worse and was only supposed to do a response to the notice. It took him 2 weeks from having the IRS wanting 19k to them paying me 9k. He was also 50 dollars cheaper.
I am disappointed in the service I received and that she was okay with my issues not being resolved. I paid for her to help me and my situation only got worse. I would’ve appreciated better communication, that was my biggest struggle because I never had any idea of what she was doing or not doing. Very nice lady, just upset about how my taxes were treated, the communication, and the charge i paid for my taxes to never be resolved.

Norma is THE person to go to for filing your taxes. Always trying to find a solution for the client and puts them first . Definitely would recommend! If you haven’t already better make an appointment.

This had to be the best tax filing experience I ever had. Norma is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. She listened and answered every question and concern that I had. She is a true example of someone who is passionate about their job and she does it with the utmost professionalism and honesty. I know where I'll be going every year now for my tax returns.
