I have been coming here at least twice a month. Today, I want to talk about their churros. I love you too, Costco, but Sam's club has better churro. I grew up near East San Jose, and I used to purchase churros off the streets from the Mexicans, and boy, do I crave it living in the South. This is the closest tasting churro that I could find. If you know an awesome restaurant that makes awesome authentic churros, please DM me. :)

More than half of the time we try & get something here they are out of it pizza, icees, yogurt, take your pick. Recently it was boxes for the pizza they were out of & wouldn't sell a whole pizza on plates or wrapped in foil. For such a large company they seem to have way more issues than the Costco cafe down the street.

We shop here regularly. I love that they have a quick checkout through the app so you don't have to wait in long lines. They also have THE BEST granola!

It's 6:15 pm and I'm sad to call this location my local Sam Club. I went to the bakery looking for cupcakes. There were none on the floor, so I asked the young lady prepping with a young man assisting if they had any. She bluntly said no, then as I was asking if they had any in the cooler, she cut me off with a more aggressive No! Myself and the customer beside me were like, what was that about? Unwarranted rude and unpleasant customer service a it's purest form.

I'm so impressed! I have both a Costco and Sam memberships. I like Sams Clubs for food normally. They have nice deli food, clothes, appliances, and lots of grocery items for sales. Today when I went in I found out about the scan and go on the app. You can scan the items you purchase as your walking around the store putting items in your basket. Then on the app you put for them ahead of check out. Once you pay you get a QR code you show at the exit door. You skip the lines and go straight to the door. The attendant then checks the QR code and your on the way to home before you know it

I am a Sam's Club fan and have been a member for maybe 20 years. At times I have purchased in bulk because I had two boys at home but now I buy to stock up on household needs. The store in Buford is always nice and clean and I don't think I've ever had an issue with an employee. I always pack my patience and try to shop with a list. Headed out now to pick up a few items.

I've used this Sam's Club multiple times for pick up in the last 6 months. They always have the items I'm searching for and the associates are very nice. They genuinely appear to enjoy what they're doing. On two different occasions I had a pick up order in the rain and they brought it out no problem. I did carry an umbrella for them while they packed the car. I generally order on the Sam's Club app and then they text you when it's ready for pick up at the time slot you select. Mine is usually ready way before my pick up time. Then when you get there, you text them and they bring your order out. The only thing I disliked was trying to find the pick up location. But other than that I have enjoyed visiting there and will encourage others to do so. The prices are generally lower on most items as well which is great.

Fuel Center operates well during a state wide, self inflected gas shortage. The Associates worked well directing the parking lot traffic and the Scan and Go App is amazing whenshoppingin the Club. The produce and meat department are consistently fresh 9 out of 10 times. Prices are very fair.

Greeters don't greet. But the one yesterday,was more rude and hostile than usual. I already know that they don't care but to disrespect me, that is not acceptable. She mocked me.I will not tolerate that kind of treatment. If it happens again, I will be shopping somewhere else.

I've been shop in here for years, everyone is really nice. However, the cellphone department is S.U.C.K. They hired the person who know nothing about upgrade phone. I went there to upgrade my phone to 12 pro Max on 2/13/2021, the black lady with long fingers nail helped me. instead of upgraded to 12 pro Max, she upgraded iPhone 11 Pro. I felt so welcome that day, but now I'm so pissed off cause I got 11 pro in my hand. ( in her defense, I think she maybe a good sale person but her fingers nail too long so she cannot use computer properly )

Unfortunately I chose to go to Sams Club Optical after breaking my prescription sunglasses! BAD idea! I was told it would be 7 days, and 15 days later I still have no sunglasses. I have to call everyday because I get a different answer depending on who answers the phone. I highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

This is an excellent sam's club. Very clean and organized. They are well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels during this pandemic covid 19 crisis. They have smokin deals on tvs, food, and other items. Bought into their premium membership and get 5% back on gas and rebates and such, and free shipping. Will see if the premium membership benefits are worth it as it cost roughly $100 a year. The workers here are nice and parking is plentiful. Bought our Christmas tree from here and recommend them highly. I prefer sam's club over costco. 4 yelp stars!

Am a business member, a program Sam's no longer honors, phone kiosk people harrasing members as you enter. Fuck. They might as well grab you as they yell "who is your mobile carrier?" Rude. Spend your membership dollars at Costco at MoG. Not impressed. Assholes.
