Just want to give a shout out to Travis. I know every time i see him on-site I have nothing to worry about. He keeps all the Fire extinguishers up to date, in place, and very well labeled, and this is in 180,000 square foot business.

We had a great experience with Safe-T from start to finish. Jonathan completed our fire extinguisher service and Travis the Fire Suppression service. And I can't forget about Alyssa for us scheduled for service earlier than previously planned. We needed these services right away and they made it happen! Every staff member we encountered was personable and knowledgeable.

As usual when building out a business suite, we waited until the last minute to get fire extinguishers because...why not right? We only had like 1 thousand things on our list. I was super happy that the process was simple and the they showed up on time. The technician they sent knew exactly what the fire marshal is looking for in terms of compliance and it was the easiest checked task I had. I strongly recommend this local family owned company to anyone needing fire protection safety equipment.

Travis Sencer was the tech that came out to gather the information about the job scope. He answered all my questions. l got the quote at a reasonable amount. Travis came out and got the job expertly done. Very professional and knowledgeable. The only issue l had was that it took a while to get the quote, but l waited believing Travis will do the job right. And SURE he did.
Most importantly we got PASSED by The Fire Marshal's Office.

What GREAT SERVICE Safe-T Fire protection has offered our company. I was in need of a fire inspection called about 08:30 was told they would get us on their schedule. About 45 mins and I received a call telling me someone would be out same day. (can't get better then that) The tech arrived and very professional polite and efficient with his work. (I would like to add a amazing memory) I was very busy when he arrived I briefly showed him the 45,000 SF warehouse. He was able to spot and retain all the locations. the next thing I knew Mr. travis was done everything completed. Mr. Travis happen to run into the president of the company while on site and I received nothing but Great feedback from Him as well on the professionalism of the tech. In today's time I find it hard to receive the level of customer service that Safe T brings to the table.

Called them on Friday Late in the afternoon and they had someone out here Monday morning to take care of fire extinguisher inspections I needed so we could pass our fire marshal inspection. The guy they sent out here was very professional and got everything squared away quickly! Will definitely use them again.
