I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The service was terrible. The lady told us that she did take designs and that she knew how to do everything, which was actually not true. Not even a week has passed and the polish is already falling off, and the acrylic nails in the photo are deformed and have a poorly made Christmas reindeer. I hate RUBY NAILS and I will NEVER go back or recommend it.

first time I went it was great they had no business but she did my nails all right she was really nice. It was the owner named Holli second time I went she was like a whole Nother person. She was very rude aggressive even though she did a good job on my nails her whole persona is very negative and unprofessional would not go back there.

I been going on and off for a couple years Holly is good but she doesn't listen. She put the same design on me again and then charged me ten dollars more. I paid 50.00 then 40.00But again 50.00 no sense I didn't break anything and same service. I might switch salans because of this.Services: Acrylic nails

I really enjoy going into Ruby Nails. Holly, is very friendly and when setting appointments she never fails at getting me in the chair on time and honoring what I need. I show her a design and if she is able to do it she gets it done. She is very honest if she is not able to. Honesty is everything. I will return soon. I've been going to Holly for years and will not go any where else. Over the years I had tried the other salons and returned to Holly for my nail services. She knows me so well now she helps me pick out colors. I can ask which color and she'll say you need that color and she's right. I think everyone should get there nails done at Ruby Nails. My first time here, asked for pink Ombré acrylic nails & Holly Slayed!!! She did a PERFECT job. She’s a perfectionist & was beyond patient. I was so impressed with her skills that I went ahead & decided to leave a review on her salon. Everyone needs to come here I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!! She Knew the assignment and did not disappoint!!!
