i went in with my family looking to buy and a lady in the front with braids was very rude yelling at a customer not to leave with the buggy on top of that i heard her across the whole store wasn’t even far from where she was that was very rude and unprofessional ridiculous never coming back.

I'm a loyal Ross customer. I have shopped at Ross for YEARS. This Ross location is the worst. Two people especially, named Kim and Milad (the supervisor) were very rude and have tempers. These two people yelled at my little daughter and I when I asked for a discount on a scratched and defective product. As a supervisor, you should be considerate and nice to THE CUSTOMER. These people need to be either fired or have better training. Beware of those two. DO NOT come here. The service is horrible and so are the people.

Standing in line for 15 min and they just looking. She working about getting her closing stuff done before taking care of the Custmer. Unacceptable and attitude of roof so unprofessional and she is on the phone and 10 people in line….wish I could I share the video

I love shopping at Ross, and besides the smell of the fitting rooms, there wasn’t any major issues with my visit until we got to the checkout area. They only had one register open, even though another guy was standing there doing nothing. The cashier that was working, something with an A or a T, an AREA SUPERVISOR, was extremely rude to every customer she received. She was on her personal cell phone talking to someone for about 7-8 minutes, and in that time was not interacting with the customers at all. Halfway through my transaction she hung up, only to still not speak a word to me nor make eye contact. I said thank you when I got the receipt and she completely ignored me. I don’t normally leave reviews online but like cmon , get your act together. This was so nasty and unprofessional of her to represent the store that way. I probably won’t be returning to this location.

severely understaffed and the woman (maybe a manager) with the red braids yelled at me and my friends to fix the hangers even tho nothing had fallen off of them and it was just a little crooked. plus we waited in the line for like 15 minutes and there was 3/10 workers on the register. the clothes were very cute and there was some underrated finds but that woman ruined my experience!

Indian girl with long hair is the worst employee here. She accused me literally putting different item in original box and then told manager she never said it. Biggest lier disrispecting person. I can’t believe Ross is hiring people like this

Had a flat tire and when I replaced it with the spare that was flat also. After my mini tantrum in the parking lot I found an air compressor for $10 and was back on the road in 5 mins.

Great shopping experience but when it came to check out.... Terrible. Been standing in line for 20 minutes with only one cashier tending to the line diligently. Had to ask someone for another cashier. While other employees did busy work.
