Showed up the evening before my pick up date, overnight parking allowed, just don’t block any pathways or docks. Following morning at 7am I asked if I was able to get loaded given that my appointment time was at 2pm and by 8:30am I was loaded and ready to go. Plenty of room to back in. Shipping/receiving office next to dock 39

Very roomy, overnight parking, people are friendly, however very slow to load or at least it was for me, showed up an hour before appointment time, immediately put on dock just no big hurry to get me loaded, seen several trucks come and go long after I arrived, ended up requesting detention pay, due to the long load time.

So helpful, plenty of space to maneuver and they allow overnight parking. Asked and they let me drop to run to the store. SHIPPING OFFICE is by door 38 with blue sign

Overnight parking available. Stay as long as you like, but please don't park in front of docks 13-18. We drop and hook trailers at those docks 24/7 and if you're in the way I'll definitely wake you up to move. Also if you have a delivery docks 1-12, they'll unload you anytime, be nice tho!

I've had a couple of load gaffs here in the past, most likely due to miscommunication between broker and management. However, the folks that work here are nice and don't treat truckers like children, like a lot of other companies do. They had me docked and unloaded in less than 20 minutes, and they let me chill on their lot for the night. Would absolutely deliver here again.

Arrived 0539 and checked in at 7 for my 7 apptWas only one other guy checked in at 7 as well.4 hrs after appt time still in a door waiting to be loaded and several other trucks here now tooPack a lunch, gonna be a long wait!!!!!!

Garbage! Checked in at 1015, filled out form, stood there and no one came and said a word. Finally walled back to my truck thinking since I had to write my nber down, they would call me with a door. NOPE! I went BACK in after am hr of waiting just to be told "oh yeah, door 49"..why did I give them my number if they werent going to use it.. Been at the dock going on 2hrs now... Havent even started!

They take there time loading you, lot is big, easy backing into dock, you can park here, no guard shack, just follow the road behind the building and you will see docks, there is a door you check in, gotta push the call button and they will let you in
