To see that I’ve been coming here for over two years. The service I got from Tracy has been phenomenal but the last time she did my nails, they were too long. I called back the next day and I ask to get them cut down. Was willing to pay whatever.. She ask if I could come now.. I told her no I can at 2 which her secretary stated she had a 2pm open. She told me she don’t have an appointment for that and basically told me I’m wasting her time. This is not the first time I’ve experienced rudeness from her.. but she lost a good customer her Attitude stinks and I believe it’s because she’s the owner. She thinks she can talk to people any type of way. The first time I let it slide but this time.. Rich’z won’t be getting my business anymore.. I’ll take it elsewhere

Their customer service is amazing. Tracy does an amazing job. Others in Rich’z Nails do a wonderful job as well because I have had the pleasure of them doing my nails also. I’ve been to other establishments and this one is the best to ME hands down.
Stylist: Tracy is absolutely phenomenal. She is creative and she listens to you. She actually knows her clients and what they like. She’s very professional and even though she may know your particular likes she’ll ask what do you want today.

The rudest customer experience I've had at any nail salon ever. They have so many clients that they stopped caring about the customers satisfaction. The work they do is sloppy. The old man there is the worst with attitude and the owner could care less. Do not go there!!!!!

They charge for every little thing I came in for a full set and they charged me 90 for these tiny nails how do you charge for length with a full set I will not be back they don’t offer you water and they rush you the guy has attitude and for ingrown they charge each toe 5 dollars they are crazy I will never come back

I have been going to Richz since they opened in the plaza. They have always had the best customer service and they have become like family friends of mine. I live in Newton County and I’ve tried other places since I’ve moved but the top tier service I receive at Richz just doesn’t compare. I will continue to drive over an hour to make sure my nails are done the way I like them. Thank you Richz Family

Went for a Mani & Pedi and was my best one i have ever had. I'm from Ohio and when i come in town i usually come here and haven't been in a while and the whole vibe has changed for the better!
