Very happy being a member of REI- if I have any issues with a product, I can take it back, no questions asked- they offer a variety of things that are very helpful for me and my outdoorsy husband!

This REI store is exceptional. Friendly and welcoming staff and on top of that knowledgable. Thank you to the patient person who helped me with a chair choice for 20 minutes (i just ordered a Helinox Sunset Chair which you recommended) to the check out people and store manager. Very appreciated. Thank you.
