With around 8,500 real estate offices to choose from in Georgia, I knew finding the right fit would be challenging. My previous broker was great, so moving to a new brokerage was a major decision and felt like a risk. Remax Legends has been such a blessing to our family. They have been in charge of our rental for over 11 years. They are quick to answer questions or concerns. The whole team has taken care of us over the years. You hear horror stories of companies running rentals these days… and this team is the gold star cream of the crop! What a joke of an experience. They don't verify your rental history. You fill out multiple applications but they only use information from the paper application to verify eventhough the E application is much more detailed and time consuming to fill out. Lost a customer for life.

AMBER MATOS Completely unprofessional and they lie. I am reporting you to the Georgia housing authority for RACIAL DISCRIMINATION. My husband and I applied for a home, paid application fees, met ALL REQUIREMENTS. We were told "almost finished, now we have to review this with the home owner." Not 72 hours later but 7 DAYS later we are told they received another application while ours was being approved and within 24 hours of another applicant, they chose them? Took you 7 days to deny us and 24 hours to approve a second applicant while we were being approved? The house was sitting for rent for 88 days with NO OTHER APPLICANTS. The home is still online for rent and these people are only collecting application fees and they deny you with no legal explaination. After they qualify you they dont even offer you another rental. They told us "good luck." SHAME ON YOU REMAX. Even if you had another rental I and everyone that reads this will not be doing business with you. I have all emails if anyone is interested. DISGUSTING!!

The Gwin Team is not a cookie cutter realtor! They take the time time get to know your family and your unique family needs. We recently built a home with The Gwin Team as our agents. Any time a issue a came up someone from their team came to the construction site and addressed the issue. They also represented us in the sale of our previous home. With their advice and guidance we sold for $10k over asking price!
