I would purchase from here again. I had a great experience the first time and when my necklace broke they fixed it in a timely manner.
Crazy part is I thought they misplaced my charm and although I was very very upset they remained calm and checked the cameras which help me find where I placed my charm. ?? .. I’m happy now and very apologetic and grateful for their patience but this place is great and I will purchase from here again ?

Scammers. They lie for a sale and they sold me rings that the diamonds keep falling out of IN THE SAME SPOT!! They are nasty to women since the older man left. This place is disgusting

Thank you so much Queen Jeweler . This is my third visit and I leave happy each time . The genuine care I received, I wasn’t judged by my clothes or how I looked like I am used to when I walk in a store . I love my piece :-) I look forward to more . It is worth the drive (over 3 hours ), we are family now .
