We had a great experience with garage door Precision. We had used them in the past for repairs but we just used them to install a new door. We could not be happier. From the beginning to the end we had excellent customer service. Paige called to schedule a day and she was very courteous and our installer Craig explained everything step by step and made sure that we knew what was going on. We will definitely use them again. And totally recommend to use Precision.

Our garage door cables broke, and Precision was able to come out to us the very next day in the evening. Juan assessed the door and pointed out a few other issues, but didn't try to push us into anything. He laid what he thought the best deal was, but left us open to choose whatever we wanted. Compared to so many other technicians who make every minor issue seem like a must-repair, Juan was a breath of fresh air. Beyond that, he was friendly and worked incredibly efficiently. We couldn't have asked for better service, and should our door have any future issues, we will certainly go with Precision.

Our garage door opener was shorting and we had a spring and roll issue. Chris K. Came right out explained the issues so it made sense. We booked him for the next day. He came out on time worked hard and got it done pretty quickly and effectivly! He showed us the door before he left we paid! We loved that he gave us many options the day before to fix the problem within budget! I would reccomend always!

Dustin from Precision Garage Doors took great care of us, tuning up 2 garage doors and helping with a couple other repairs. I've used other garage door co's. before but Precision stood out for their professionalism.
