I reached out to this company for signage for a community. I had a pleasure working with Don and his team, they are reponsive and provide excellent service. The sign came out beautiful. Thank you, I highly recommend.

No response from Jennifer. She came out in February and we are now in April with no response in regards to our needs for a sign. On 4.4.24 she promised a callback and never called back. We are trying get things finalized to place our order for our sign. Definitely going somewhere else to do business. I wouldn’t waste my time when you have to chase a business rep down to do business. We run a business ourselves and we would never have our sales rep operate this way.

Exceptional service from Don, Stephen and Jeremy! They were prompt, friendly, professional, honest and highly detail oriented. I highly recommend Don and his team at Pinnacle for all types of custom signage needs.

Pinnacle made our neighborhood entrance sign and after several issues with the production and installation we finally got a sign installed that was acceptable.Unfortunately, a year and a month after the final installation the sign began popping off the brick monument. Once the sign was pulling away from the sign we could see that their installer used a 2" screw to attach a 1 1/4" thick HDU sign to the brick. Anyone would know that a 2" screw is not near enough to affix the sign properly. We consider this a latent and inherent defect that we could only see once the installation failed. After contacting them on four occasions over the next month of so and getting promised that "they would be out" and we were "about to get on the schedule", they sent me an email stating it would cost $450 to repair the sign because it had been longer than one year since installation. No where on our agreement or on their web site was there any warranty length stated. The owners of the company have dug their heels in and are standing firm that the repair cost ($450) is our responsibility to pay before they will put proper length screws in the signs.Buyer beware!

Horrible place to work for. All managers have a chip on their shoulder. They like to refer to themselves as a family. It's run by a family, but that's as far as that aspect goes. You don't get treated as family at all. Fridays at 3pm is when the beer starts pouring from the keg in the breakroom. Work still ends at 5pm, though. So for 2 hours, a customers order is being worked on while they drink beer. Every day is a struggle to decipher vague directions and being subjected to the worst music selections by the managers while you're trying to concentrate on your assignment. Music is usually X-rated Gangster Rap or whatever flavor the managers are in the mood for at the time. Don't forget the constant dog fighting by two large dogs that are brought in every day that takes place and sometimes almost being hit by a flying a dog toy that's been thrown by the owner. You can get great reviews at 30 days, 60 days, and even 90 days and still be terminated based off whether the Graphic Design manager considers you a threat to her job or not.The people who aren't managers are all great, but probably because the managers keep them scared for their jobs.Oh, by the way, Tuesdays are for Starbucks. Sounds great, huh? Nope, not for you. Just for the very small clique of managers.Anyway, it's a horrible place to work.Look elsewhere for employment. Time would be wasted here.

We are a local sign shop and anytime we have run out of anything or needed anything they have been kind and supportive. Thats a great way to be with a competitor and I greatly appreciate it. Not only does it help to support another local small business in need but it shows the kind of character they have. I will defiantly return the favor when they are in need. Thank you for the banner tape guys! We will be bringing you a roll back as soon as our Amazon driver shows up!

We sent an order back in August. We still have not gotten our requested items. Jennifer Powers has failed to get back in touch with me after reaching out to her. I have emailed and called her. Poor customer service especially when our school has spent a lot of money with this company prior to this request. Extremely disappointed.

I recently used Pinnacle signs to make two signs for my business. One sign was an indoor metal sign for the lobby and the other was a standard complex sign for outside. Jennifer was able to get a quote and proof very quickly. The sign was affordable and they turned out amazing. I am happy with the quality of the product and the people were easy to deal with. I would recommend Pinnacle for your business sign needs.
