I enjoyed the experience. The only reason I am giving 4 star is because on the website it mentioned that it would be with a needle but they used a gun to pierce my daughters ears.

the two girls working today had such an attitude and acted like i bothered them by asking them a simple question, and lied right to my face about the services they offered so they didn’t have to do their own job. i’d recommend going somewhere else

Great experience. Pierced our 4month old daughter ears and the girls were so nice and quick doing it. They did a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Desmar Graves the manager at this location is so nice and polite she works with you to make sure you leave satisfied I really recommend this location in Buford and they have a variety of merchandise to choose from also thanks again Desmar ! (Niyaa)

I called before I came and got easy/clear directions of what I needed to do to get a piercing. Brought my 3 month old in about an hour later & got her ears pierced along with my second piercing. It was quick, easy, and such a great experience.

Kudos to Hailee is the best Piercing Pagoda associate, she was nice and professional, she changed my mind about the service i get with this company, my past experiences were not pleasant, she pierced my ears, nice and gentle, i want to thank her very much, and wish her good luck !

The experience was just okay. When I walked up to the counter. The young lady working was sitting down and strolling through her phone. I guess when I walked up I would have thought she would have acknowledge me. She didn't. I said hello Ma'am I said what side is the kids earrings. She said that I was standing right in front of them. She went back to her phone. After I looked I told her I wanted to see a pair. I told her what pair I wanted them I proceeded to purchase them. Once I paid, she said have a nice day. Not the best and not the worst experience. Just okay.

Horrible and not advisable for any one they are ridiculous!!!!! They will train on your child ear, would give zero if I have.
