Beautiful place, but there was Loctician with glasses and dreadlocks there I believed to be fairly new who smelled like body oder and Marijuana when passing me then heard her yelling obscenities in a phone argument using the “ N word” profusely I was extremely uncomfortable. That word should never be used and the professionalism was nonexistent. I will not be returning nor do I think it is a safe space. Although everyone has their own private suite something still was unsettling about the experience. If I could give zero stars I would I also suffer from anxiety so anyone likewise should avoid this place at all cost.Services: Hair extensions

I was in need of a new look for an upcoming wedding and Alex was able to take me in a short amount of time!! I had a closure sew-in done and she was attentive, skilled, and very accommodating to my preferences. I highly recommend her and I look forward to more appointments with her!!Service: Hair extensions

I visited this salon an went to lotus hair lounge, where i met Sarah! She was super sweet, easy to talk to and she did an absolutely amazing job on my hair! Went for blue so I was a little nervous, but came out better then I was expecting! Highly recommended!

This review is for Cynthia, I messaged her through Instagram to see if she did house calls, she said she didn't but would make an exception. So I was happy, until she wouldn't respond promptly to the messages, it took her at least 5 days to respond to me. She canceled on two different occasions ON the day of service, the second time she canceled I had reached out to her and she told me she wouldn't be able to come do my hair. Definitely not professional, she knew that she was not able to come but didn't feel like calling me or texting me to let me know. Too bad for her, she could have had established a friendly relationship with easy and reliable house calls every two months including a great tip. I should have just reached out to Carmen or Patty.

Went to the Phenix Salon on Thursday and visited Studio M. I have never been here nor have I visited Melissa. I am very particular on who cuts my hair and I will recommend Melissa anytime. She was super sweet and took her time. She got to know my hair and me and my likes. I loved that. Our first visit was a little long but with the way my hair turned out and my daughters, I wouldn't have it any other way. I will definitely be back!
