I'm new to the area and didn't know a lot of people. My Jack was broken and it was the spare that blew before I had a chance to get everything fixed and Pedro actually came and picked me up from my home personally and took me out there to get the tire off took me back to his shop put a tire on and took me all the way back to my truck to put it back on. I don't even want to tell you what he wanted to charge me because it was an insult to himself there's no way I was going to pay that little for everything that man did for me and for what anybody else would have charged me four times more
Pedro, may God continue to bless you, sir. You were my hero that day.

Purchased a tire today and less than an hour later I was having issues. I stopped at another shop only to find out that the tire they put in my car was 9 years old! I’m not sure how you ethically sale a tire that is that old!

I was so disappointed. I sent my son and daughter to get 2 front tires. They quoted them one price and then after putting 1 tire on they charge them a different price. We wanted 2 tires and they only had 1. Why not say that initially. It just seemed to lack integrity. I will absolutely never go here again.

Great place to repair and/or get new tires. Have used them on 3 occasions and have to say Pedro's New & Used Tires is fantastic! The more I use them, the more I discover of how awesome they are. Prices are affordable and service is quick and efficient. The tires they have in stock are of high quality and they use brands such as Michelin and other reliable brands. The most recent time we have used them is when my wife accidentally ran into a curb and destroyed the tire on our Honda Odyssey. After debating whether to use Pedro's or another auto mechanic who usually takes a day or two to get the tire in stock, we decided on Pedro's. I gave a call to Pedro's and Pedro was very kind and helpful over the phone and said they would take care of my wife who would be stopping in. She later informed me that the staff and workers at Pedro's were great and very polite. Thank you Pedro's for taking good care of my wife!
During my visits there, I saw them working on and servicing cars as well so it's not just a tire shop. I confirmed with them after calling that they do all things auto related such as oil changes, tune ups, brake jobs, and more. They are right in downtown Buford and they have a lot of workers so I can confirm they are always busily working and very reliable. I plan on using them for auto related issues moving forward. Thank you Pedro's!

Please do not go. I went to get a tire change. They broke my bolt and they tried to blame my boyfriend who had to change my tire for a spare when it had popped. They charge me 30 for the bolt And the little boy, who works there with glasses, broke it

Quality work for a really fair price, Pedro, Cholo, & the rest of the crew are true professionals with no bs or time wasting. Saved a few thousand for the same exact service and all I had to do was provide the parts & when one of the parts I ordered didn't fit because Autozone is trash, Pedro ordered the parts for me and got it within 10 minutes!! The work was completed same day and they got to work immediately while walking me through the process with great communication regarding what was going on. Pedro's Auto Shop is the best in terms of quality work for fair prices with no issues whatsoever, this will be the shop that I recommend to all my friends and family when it comes to any service related issues or general mechanical questions as they will always get you taken care of without a doubt. 10/10 across the board and Pedro is a life & bank account saver!

Been coming here for 15+ years and at this point I will never come back. I don't drive the newest of cars but they (his careless employees) couldn't have cared less to put some more dents and dings on my vehicle, WHILE IM SITTING IN THE CAR. They replaced my alternator a month ago, after that I bought 2 brand new batteries and 3 sets of new terminals after being told it wasn't the alternator time and time again. Turns out, they put a bad alternator on my car. So now, having it replaced he wanted to say that I needed to pay again even though it was under warranty!! Not wanting any confrontation I paid the labor but cannot express how disappointed I am. He has people working on cars and bouncing back and forth from job to job, car to car, tool box to tool box. Just very unorganized. I personally believe that if he'd take the time to look at who he has working for him that it would change the experience for a lot of people. And if he would clear out the junkies that he has working for him I may even go back and give him my services. I hate to have to let him go as my all time mechanic. But his employees are ruining it for him.

I was referred to this shop and I must say that I am very pleased with the service. Pedro was awesome. The work was to my satisfaction, the price was fare and most importantly the service was fast. I didn’t have to wait at all . I’m so happy ? I will definitely bring more customers to this shop. Thank you Pedro!!!!?????
