This store is not good. I tried to treat my girlfriend to a charm bracelet. While we were shopping there the jeweller was giving us attitude when we asked to switch between the different charm types. Maybe she was having a bad day, I thought.When my girlfriend asked for the looser fitting one, the jeweller forcefully pulled off the bracelet hurting my girlfriends hand in an attempt to demonstrate that it was too loose… It wasn’t going to fall off.To top it all off, the clasp on the bracelet broke off after only a week of usage. All she did was take the bracelet off and put it back on.

They sold me a ring I bought two days ago when I finally actually had a good chance to look at it, it was all scratched at the bottom so we tried to go return and yesterday and wouldn't take it back even though I had 30 days next be sure to check the whole ring this location sucks

Lori was amazing! I was greeted with a smile when I came in, she was friendly, personable, patient, and she helped me find the perfect bracelet size.

I came In today to speak with someone about my jewelry I bought and while waiting in line I got a call from my mother so I spoke with my mother while the lady dealt with another customer, when the employee was done with her customer she proceeded to scream at me saying hello hello hello to hurry up and then had an attitude the entire time I spoke

I had an unfortunate experience where I felt that the staff was not treating people of Asian descent fairly. Her name is Laritza. I hope this issue is addressed for future visits. Personally I won’t visit here again.

Ive only had the ring 6 months and two stones have already fallen out of it SMH. Well I won't get Pandora jewelry anymore. The amount these rings cost they shouldn't be loosing stones.

Had to come in to replace some items ordered online. Even though the website says low in stock or not available, we went ahead and took a risk.Sure enough, the items we needed to exchange were there so that saved us time on having to drive to Lenox.The staff was friendly and understanding. I just wouldn't come to the mall during peak holiday seasons (but that is me).

The staff is very rude and mean. I bought the Pandora bracelet 3 months ago and the bracelet was stuck and couldn’t open. I went to the store and they told me they can not replace or refund me (even I have warranty) cause the bracelet is discontinued. And the lady told me I have two way, either cut off the bracelet or cut off my arm… it’s not funny. It’s not a good experience for in store customer service. Therefore I called the Pandora headquarters and got my refund!

Busy holiday line , they had a staff member floating around with a tablet so you can order without entering the store. 15-20min top and left the mall. Appreciate the prompt service especially during the busy holiday season.

I visited the store and there was a line out the door. I came in from the stairwell side and got into the line that I saw. I waited in line for 45mins and when I got to the door they told me I was in the wrong line. I asked them what line was I supposed to be in and how I was supposed to know that. They pointed to a second entrance door and said a lady is directing people. I told them no one was directing people when I got in line 45 mins ago, and now I’ve waited in this line for 45mins. They said it wasn’t their problem and that I would need to go wait again in the other line.I asked for the manager and she was the one I was talking to. I didn’t get her name, but she was an older African American lady.I’m appalled that after waiting for 45mins they really expected me to wait again in another line when they failed to have good direction for their lines.I’ll never go back!

Bad service , I spent a lot money here for many bracelets and charms , and the lady’s are very bad service , never back again !!!
