Heating core purchased for 2003 Dodge Ram 1500, not even a year ago, just went out. And the radiator, not even 2 years old, went out 3 weeks ago. O Reilly parts are cheap, and I never plan on purchasing another part from them. Save yourself the trouble and just go to advanced auto or autozone.

I had to change my own battery because they were short staffed. The staff were nice and did allow me to use their tools and cart though.

I purchase a alternator from the Sugar Hill location on 12/12/2022 the pulley separated from the fan I go back to warranty it out it was out of stock I asked if I could upgrade and pay the difference I was told no. I call the Gainesville Hwy location they said I could and for the trouble they would warranty the upgrade and not charge difference well that was a lie don't expect good customer service at O'Reilly's

I just left this location with my husband and the customer service we received from Troy was OUTSTANDING!!!! I can’t be happy enough after such poor service at the Hamilton Mill location, it was a breath of fresh air to receive fast and amazing service with a smile!! Y’all give Troy a raise or promotion because he was that awesome. This will be my neighborhood store of choice moving forward.
