I have ordered multiple times flip flops from Oka-B. I hate to say it but my last order I placed in August. I have tried to make contact with them, and no one will return my calls or emails. Not sure what is going on, but I find their customer service apparently has gone downhill. I love these flip flops but will not tolerate poor customer service when you spend a good bit of money with a company. I can't believe they tell you to let your name and phone number, and they will get right back to you. Well, a week plus wow, that is not getting right back to you. You can do better than that. I see they had no problem charging my credit card on the day I placed the order. Maybe they should not charge your card until they ship, the order, if they plan on not responding to you. Now I don't know if I should contact my credit card company because apparently, they are not responding, and I don't have my shoes. Frustrated customer.

My family have been purchasing the Okabashi Sandals for many, many years. We all like the craftsmanship and the materials of the sandals.
If free shipping can be offered to Canada for a minimum amount of order, it would be really nice......

Best flip flops ever! So reasonably priced, comfortable and well constructed! I wear mine all the time, and still look brand new! Love that they are so durable and waterproof but still are stylish. And best of all - USA made! I live 20mins from Buford, GA so I was so happy to buy from a local company! I just bought 4 more - 3 for me and 1 for my daughter ;-)

These are my favorite flip-flops. They are so comfortable and I can walk in them all day. Not long ago I was thrilled to find a pair of Vionics on sale so I bought t ‘em. Please believe me when I tell you the Okabashi Breeze is way more comfortable.

Firstly I love these slides because they fit my foot so well!Second if you are saying USA but not wearing made in USA then you need to get the foot ware from Okabashi.Team USA! Thank you guys for being awesome!

Love these!! I have several pair, different styles. They are so comfortable, can wear all day no foot pain. Love they are made in the USA Had issue of one pair breaking, contacted customer service and they said have 2year guarantee, the style I had was no longer available told me to select another and sent them out. Great company!!!

I just got my order, and it was quick delivery. I just want to say that Okabashi needs to get better pictures on the website to order from, the pictures don't in any way show the actual quality of these sandles. they are so comfortable from the moment I put them on. and the material is much better quality than the pictures makes you think. the only issue I have is I am a 10½ ordered 11's and think they are a tad short for my preference. my feet fit fine they just seem shorter than my old adidas 11's. I will be purchasing more !
