My order shipped from here, 2 separate shipments, one arriving on 6/11 the other on 6/14. The 6/11 order came without the most expensive item, 10 reams of printer paper. Called the hotline. Please keep in mind, I was not rude I was not impatient with the call center, I just wanted to know where the package was because their system didn't recognize my order number when I clicked to track it. The girl sounded like I had woken her up at 6:00PM in the evening. She was incoherent and could not seem to understand that PART of my FIRST shipment was not delivered. She said that my shipment would arrive on 6/14 and that it contained my highlighters. I explained AGAIN, no, my FIRST shipment was incomplete, the printer paper wasn't delivered, where was it? She never got it and just stopped answering my questions and the line went dead, apparently she couldn't resolve my question and just hung up. I had to start over to get a new person, but was never able to reconnect to their customer service because their system just kept cutting me off before I reached an agent again. I resorted to CHAT. Nice enough guy, but obviously multi-tasking across several chats with customers at the same time until I asked him to not do that. He finally gave me a "refund" telling me that there were three separate shipments and that the paper order was lost. Three shipments????? I had no tracking numbers or order numbers that would be recognized by the system. And NOW I see that the refund was NOT PUT TOWARDS the card that I paid with. Their receipt to me on the refund doesn't specify where the refund will go in 7 to 10 days, the place for the last four digits of the card number says N/A. So where did they put my refund? I now remember why I stopped ordering supplies from Office Depot/Office Max 5 years ago. There is no way to resolve this, because now none of my order numbers are recognized in the system and their people don't get it. It doesn't even recognize my phone #. Unbelievable.
