They are crooks! My husband took his truck there (forgetting the horrible service I had). He took it there for something covered under warranty. When he went to pick it up they told him it was going to be thousands of dollars to repair. I told him to take it to Akins. Akins found that there were a number of things disconnected from the wiring harness. No repair was needed. Akins said that they get unsatisfied customers from MOG Ford ALL THE TIME. That should tell you something right there. Save your time, money, and sanity and go to Akins.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation as a new customer who purchased the vehicle new from the dealership. Stood in lobby for about 4 mins. Had about 6 different people look at me from behind their computers with no greeting or instruction, so I left to never return. You know it's bad when you choose to leave a free service to go pay $114 somewhere else with nice people who care about their customers. Great customer service Ford!

Don't shop here! Don't get your vehicle serviced here! My Ford Edge was what I thought to be in fair condition after them maintaining the car for 2 years. However, it's not. It only has 130k miles. After taking it to another mechanic I find out that the issue that was supposed to be fixed back in 2021 was a misdiagnosis and my issue has been gradually getting worse. Now we need a new motor. Wow! I trusted the "professionals". Never again. I will never buy another Ford and don't recommend this dealership to anyone!

It's not easy going to car dealerships and it's already expected that you'll have to deal with being there for a long amount of hours and negotiations. However, I was literally in and out faster than ever before. Great service and straightforward. That's the way I like to do business! Great job, I will be returning for my next purchase and will recommend others to.

Worst Ford in Georgia for resolving customer issues maintenance wise. Nonprofessional, nonsensical, and unreasonable with resolving issues for car buyers. My mother bought a brand new Maverick truck and has had issues ever since and they are not holding themselves accountable for getting issues resolved for her. She has now told me how inconvenient it is get the radio fixed and they can't even do that. Never seen this before with a dealership and I have been to several Ford dealers and have seen better. I do not recommend this place at all.

The only reason this review has a 2 star is because of recognition of a kind salesperson(Josh) I went in to get a trade in value for my car and begin private financing through my bank, which was discussed before even starting the process and walking through the front door. Josh was responsive, reliable and understanding of my needs for the day, without any issues. Upon trying to finish up paperwork for a final out-the-door Price, a financial advisor then proceeds to try and convince me to finance with them starting a process I did not not have intentions of doing today. He then proceeds to justify his idea of financing by insisting that I wasted my salesperson time and effort it I were to find other routes of financing. He denied me of taking the document that is needed for my official Out-the-door price calling it, "enclosed documents" and said I could write it down instead of taking a picture at the least. I think asked for my initial salesperson to verify my intentions for today which was private financing like we talked about and if I am allowed to take the document home for my use like we had discussed and he agreed. I left with no documents for purchasing a car today at this dealership because of this occurrence. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I used to feel good about going here but even their employees don't do business with them. Says a lot when the Sales and Service guys go to other dealerships for their work. Look at the person who creates the climate - GM.

I go to Ford pretty often for parts. Austin is incredibly knowledgeable about parts and goes out of his way to help me find everything I need. He is attentive, friendly, and patient throughout the process. My experience with Austin is always nothing short of outstanding, and I am grateful for his dedication and hard work. He just knows what he is doing and WITH A GOOD ATTITUDE. When I see him sitting at the parts desk, its a sigh of relief. Thank you again, Austin, for all your help! The cashiering team is perfect, but we all know that already.

I have a 2017 Ford Escape. There is a draw on the battery. This dealership quoted my $350 to Begin to diagnose the problem. That is equal to a month's car payment !! Why is Ford charging me so much to figure out what is wrong with a FORD!

I will never buy another ford because you can't just simply call the dealership. I called ford mall of Georgia 20x this morning and a different person answered every time and sounded like they were from over seas. Not only could I not understand them they kept hanging up on me and transferring me to a department I didn't need and I would have to start the call all over again because they couldn't help me either or simply transfer me to WHO I NEEDED TO TALK TO! Took me about an hour and 20 calls later to get the person from the call center to transfer me to someone who is actually at the dealership to help me. When the person from the dealership answered it went from my car being able to be seen in 2 weeks to being able to be seen the next day. Your call center is not working and has made me an advocate to make sure no one buys a car from here.

I called the dealership to get a price on a Ford F-150 I was told from ford website they had one for 71k I was told how did 84 k sound for the same truck when I told him it was 71 k he magically went down to 75k the sale just started ?? then I go to Billy Howell they have a similar truck 64k sticker I call back to MOG they are back to 84k then they tell me I lied to them billy Howell is really 82 k ?? this place is a sCAM

I have taken my truck in twice to have a recall on the driveshaft fixed. Dropped it off on a Friday and after having it most of the day, I called to see the status and was told they did not have the driveshaft. Scratched my head and picked up my truck. Made another appointment for 3/25 and after having the truck most of the day, I called for status and was told they did not have the sealant. Was told they would call me to reschedule, never heard from them. I called this morning and was told they have everything, surprise !. I asked for a loaner and do not have time to type how that conversation went. I called to speak to a service manager and was disconnected on the transfer. I called back and surprise, the guys mailbox is full !! Too funny. Sales guys were great, finance was great and service needs help.

Bad experience all around. Pre-ordered a truck and hit snags and disrespect from the beginning. Ultimately decided to go with another dealer. Difficult to get ahold of anyone and was given the run around. The poor customer service can be overlooked, but the disrespect is inexcusable. Will not take my current truck or future trucks here for service and will not buy anything from them in the future.

I have gone to Mall of Georgia Ford for pretty much all of my truck's maintenance. While I still find Ford's scheduling system to be a bit strange (it feels as if Ford is pushing technology on its dealership network that is neither cohesive or as full-featured as it should be), the service here has been reliable, and the truck is usually ready to go by the end of the day,
