Bought a generator from Buford location. The gas tank rusted in less than a year. Went to order one and was told at the Buford store they don’t order parts or repair the anymore. Was told to drive to another one of there stores. Don’t think so

Was looking for a trailer tire. The store had a good selection in the size I needed, both already mounted and for self mounting. I got just what I needed. The store had a nice variety of other toys and I enjoyed browsing through the whole store while there.

Ordered a harrow drag online from northern tool. Somehow got delayed for almost a week and I called to figure out what was happening and the representative assured me it would be delivered the next day. The next day it was not delivered so I called again and the gentleman I spoke to was incredible unhelpful and callous and told me it would be delivered the next day. I tried to explain that I’d already been through this once and it didn’t get delivered and that I needed this tool and he had zero understanding. Incredible disappointed with the lack of customer care and service. I won’t ever order from them again. Beware of online ordering from northern tool they don’t care if you actually get your package and they won’t do anything to help you.

The staff were very friendly and willing to help. Although, the item I wanted was an online order only and the staff did not seem very eager to help with placing an online order. I wanted to make the purchase with the new Northern credit card to receive the introductory offer.
