Front desk seems permanently bored and uninterested, no over the phone sales, you cannot pick up material even a day later, and the quality of material isn't any better than HD.. but they do seem to keep more material in stock than most so I guess it makes them an option. Too bad they won't strive for more than that. This is coming from a fencing and decking contractor
