Krish was amazing on helping me with my phone. But the people above him need to do something about the temperature in the store. Poor workers are probably melting in there.

I came to this Metro store location after my phone screen broke due to a car accident. Dream, ackowledged and greeted us as soon as we walked in. After I explained that my phone was unacessible, she was determined to help get my phone information transferred over to my new phone. I knew it was going to be complicated without the use of the Smart Switch app but that didn't deter her efforts to help and I finally got my phone history back (apps, text messages, photos, emails, etc). Thank you Dream!

Dream and Kevin were absolutely amazing today! Customer service through the roof, so personable and extremely knowledgeable. Hands down the best experience with the public in a while. I work in customer service and they are killing it!!!

Horrible! the lady told me that if I wanted the promo of a free phone I MUST buy the case and screen protector with a final spend of 120$! She also told me that this is mandatory in all the Metro by T-mobile stores. So, I went to another store and I bought the new phone number obtained my free phone (no case or any extra items mandate) my final spend was 52$ with taxes.
