Excelente servicio, es la mejor tienda para ir a comprar un celular. La manager es muy amable y cortez. El servicio al cliente es el mejor, la manager me asesoró a cerca de todos los planes que ofrece Metro pcs y fue de una gran ayuda en el momento de comprar mi celular. Los empleados van más allá de las expectativas de los cliente. 5 Estrellas, altamente recomendada.

I took my friend to get a new phone and it was stolen 9 days later It takes 30 days to get a replacement phone with the insurance so do yourself a favor don't get the insurance Just buy a new phone because really when you think about it what's worse 30 days of complete incompetent harassment or $250 for phone just by the the foam

O purchased their pet tracker after being told ot would constantly charge if hooked up in vehicle, but ot turns out only to be charged with 110 volt home charger. I took it back right away, but they said they could not refund the $20.70 activation fee even though their fault.
