“The staff is AMAZING!! Kieran especially! I can not express how greatful I am for how kind and helpful they were. See I went to grab some things for Easter and Birthdays, Kieran helped in every facet by grabbing things of the top shelf's, pulling high hanging clothes and holding all the items at the desk so I didn't have to carry it all around the store, and did so with a smile. Then it happened, learning that HT canceled all their credit cards. I had several hundred dollars worth of items that I spent the last 90mins gathering, with the expectation I would be using my HT card.. welp no. Kieran handed the situation very professionally, even with a smile. Helped me figure out what happened, and didn't bat an eye at putting the items back.”
“This place has the friendliest and most helpful employees. I enjoyed the regaton music while Sydney helped my wife find a new pair of jeans. The manager obviously doesn't an excellent job finding and training new staff to take care of customers.”

“Update, still the same experience with this one particular associate. No acknowledgment from this saleswoman. I’m honestly starting to think she doesn’t like her OWN race and it’s sad. I really like this store, but I don’t see myself returning to this location, due to this experience for the third time alone.
Caught a great deal on a dress shirt($1.97)?? Salesman, Scott was very helpful and provided professional tips and excellent customer service for my son! Went back the next day and Saleswoman, Jamie was a great help to my brother as well for our upcoming family event. She also provided excellent customer service. The only downside of both visits was one particular saleswoman (possibly the manager?) didn’t acknowledge us or greet us at all. I thought it was just me on the first visit, HOWEVER, my mom made the same statement to me on the second visit. It doesn’t cost anything to acknowledge or smile back at your customers. After all, after my first visit, I recommended two other family members to shop with the store as well for our family event.?”

“Very nice place to get suits and dress wear. Decent selection/variety of clothing for guys, especially on the bigger or taller end. It was hard to find accommodating suits elsewhere for someone with wide shoulders. Staff is so so, but the prices can't be beaten much elsewhere. Came away with some decent quality pieces for not much. Even with some tailoring after the fact, a full set came out to less than $180. Probably a bit less, but I don't have my receipts.”

“Mall of ga old navy isn't my preferred location but was in the area and needed to do an exchange yesterday. Unfortunately it's rare these days but wanted to give credit where it's due. They didn't have the item so I had to order. Store assoc Hillary helped me w/ the somewhat involved transaction. Good professional helpful attitude and patient. I appreciate her.”
“Ebony is the reason I shop here. I would rather walk on Lego’s than step foot in the mall. However, Ms. Ebony always smiles as I walk in the store, a warm greeting, and answers all my questions. She makes the process easy and simplified.. as shopping should be.”

“I've been visiting the Mall of GA for years, and I finally decided to treat myself to some stylish Hollister clothing online! But when it arrived, it just didn't fit quite right. I headed into the store yesterday Saturday night for the very first time for a return. The young lady who assisted me was so incredibly kind and helpful! I left the store feeling great, and you can bet I'll be making it a point to stop by every time I visit! :)”

“Terri was so incredibly nice and helpful! She welcomed me into the store, asked if I was looking for something in particular, and kindly told me the bag i was looking for was only available at the outlet. When i looked around she helped me get a bag down from the shelf, got a chain so i could see it as a crossbody, and was patient as i tried other bags. When i chose one, she put a beautiful free engraving on the tag and offered water while i waited for the engraving to finish. This was my first time shopping in-store, very happy with my experience”

“I took my daughter school shopping today and we were helped by two associates one at the fitting rooms and one at check out. Both associates were kind and engaged with us in conversation. I wish I had asked their names, the young woman was adorable and had overalls and glasses on and the young man at the counter also had glasses and I want to say a burgundy shirt? Anyway I say all that to say we had a wonderful experience and these two associates were very nice and helpful.”
“I needed a crossbody purse to carry with me on a trip. I called Forevever 21 MOG which is nearby to see if they had any left, before I drove to Atlantic Station. Rocelle looked up the exact item I needed and told me they had one left in the MOG store. She was very helpful. When I went in to get the purse, she was busy organizing the floor, however she said hello. Priscilla checked me out. She was very nice as well. Rocelle was especially helpful and went above and beyond to help me during the Christmas season. I know what retail is like during the busy Christmas season. You get calls about inventory while trying to check people out, keep the store looking nice, help people who are actually in the store find merchandise. Great job Forever 21 at MOG!”
