I showed up to get a flat fixed @ 4:35 pm on a Saturday and the girl behind the counter told me that it takes 45 mins to repair a flat and that it couldn't be done today. They didn't close until five. I told her that I live on the south side of Atlanta and asked if they could do it today. She said that there was no way. So I drove to JP tire and they have it fixed and mounted back on the car. Mavis service is terrible and I will never use them.

Got an oil change. The guys at the front desk were extremely nice and it didn't take very long. They even informed me about another issue with my vehicle that I need to get fixed but didn't pressure me into buying from them. Will be back!

Everyone here were amazing, they treated me so well. Gabby and Jeff up front were amazing and talked me through the best pricing/ideas. Then in the back the three gentleman were treating me so nicely and were so effective. 10/10 I recommend this place

My tire blew was I was heading I-985 N at 6am. Luckily, I was able to view their inventory online to confirm that they had my tire size. I awaited for them to open at 8 am. They replaced the tire, I closed out, and was back on the road with 20 minutes. Great customer service and an efficient operation.

***Disrespectful and rude.****I have to say looking through the reviews I agree the front desk lady is very rude, not only to customers but to their workers. They were supposed to rotate & balance my tires and an alignment. When I got my car back it was shaking. I knew that one of my rims had an issue so I asked them to put the rim back where it was when I got there. They said, just bring it right back it will just be 15 min. I was right down the street 4mins away. I ended up waiting about 40 minutes and they said it would only be 15 and when I got my vehicle back and ask the guy that was working on it about what he did; he said we put it in the front. I told him that that’s where y’all just told me you put it when y’all did the initial service earlier. So I went into the store to speak with the front desk lady she was very rude. She yelled at him because he was telling me the honest truth, and then tried to tell me that he didn’t know what he was talking about. I went back to my car and looked at my previous maintenance and I see exactly where that particular rim/tire was and it’s still in the same place so they did not rotate my tires at all.**** beware if you go there and please don’t let that front desk lady be disrespectful and rude.

I’ve had to take my car back to a different since I got an alignment and tire balanced there just to figure out that they stripped two of my lungs and I have 2 studs stripped. They sent me away with only three lugs and that’s why my truck was just bouncing. I could’ve basically had accidentally killed somebody on myself, and they just did not care. Paid them $140 and then had to spend another $180 to fix what they left me with ????

Great experience! Crew working on my car were the best. Got my car done super quick. Will definitely come back here for anything I need done. Definitely recommend.
