While the sales associate was very polite while visiting it was after the purchase that the experience was bad. I was told in store if the mattress is no good I have up to 120 days to return with no problem. I received the mattress and for the first 5 days I could not sleep on it. I kept waking up with back pain and neck paid. I went to sleep on my other mattress for a while and felt fine. Went back to the new one and instant neck pain the following morning. I was out of town for a while and grabbed a new mattress from a rep that helped me out a lot and it’s been perfect. I left the mattress in an encasement so it did not get dirty. I waited 30 days and called to schedule a return. I was hit with well if you used it for 2 months you have to pay to return it, you can’t expect to sleep on something and get a full refund. I was really caught off guard by this rude comment. When I mentioned that I was told in person I can return it within 120 days hassle free, the person said I can schedule a pickup in January but I will have to pay for it.

I stopped in to see if there were any sale options. Gerard at Buford Mall of Georgia greeted me immediately, asked if I previously researched any particular mattress set. I had not.
The different levels of mattress were explained along with price ranges including sale models. I was shown physical examples of each option to interact and explore for comfort level.
I took interest in a particular model and was introduced to “Bed in a Box” which featured the mattress vacuum shranked to a box size small enough to fit in my vehicle. Just like that I was off with my product.

I am extremely indignant. This company is useless; don't buy anything from them. I filed a formal complaint because my Simmons mattress lost its shape. I did everything they asked me to do in the complaint, I provided evidence that the mattress was indeed defective, I made the claim within the warranty period, and I sent them a copy of the invoice, but they automatically rejected the warranty because the mattress did not have the label. They are clearly looking for the slightest excuse not to cover it. I have lost more than $1,300 because now I have to buy another one, since this mattress, which is under warranty, is not covered.

The selection was great and Jarrod was very helpful! He greeted us as soon as we came in and made sure he understood what we were looking for. He made suggestions based on our needs and we were able to choose the mattresses that worked well for us. I would definitely recommend Mall of GA Mattress Firm. Make sure you ask for Jarrod.
