I bought an eco bag from this store and. I washed it in a cold water machine as instructed on the tag, but the bag shrunk and the hot pink color from the straps bled onto the rest of the fabric. It is completely unacceptable that the product has such poor quality. When I brought it back to the store, they refused to accept it because I had already washed it once. but how i can know this will happen before washing it… THIS IS A DEFECTIVE ITEM!! It’s ridiculous that they won’t take responsibility for carrying such terrible quality products.I have never seen this ridiculous policy at other stores. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

Was trying to buy a snack that was on discount, but the barcode was damaged upon check out. I was told it wasn't on discount, but there were 6 other ones with the discount, so I returned to the cashier with two extras as proof, but they still denied it. Also, the manager was rude and not friendly.

The manager Lesli (was a white male) refused to honor a clearance item that had a mark down mark on the bottom because he believed it wasn’t a Christmas item even tho other items from that collection were marked down and it was with all the holiday clearance. And when I asked if he would honor the mark down since someone clearly marked it and as a customer I know they can but he rudely refused. Not to mention when he was called up to help he was busy socializing with other employees and took his sweet time coming up to help. Worst customer service ever!!!
