My sales experience was fantastic. Ashlynn helped me for a few days finding the right truck for me. She even brought one of the trucks to the office so I could test drive one. (Office is 1min away) A few days later I was allowed to drive the car to my house (5 min away) so my wife could see it while the baby was sleeping. This partially made me want to buy a truck from here just because of the customer service. This made my life so much easier. We went on 4 test drives and I had tons of questions for her over the few days and if she did not have the answer, she would find the answer fairly quickly. One thing I like the most about this experience was, I was never being pressured into purchasing a truck immediately and she gave me the time to discuss with the family. Her communication was great and if I had a question, she would text back within 10 minutes. 10 out of 10 would recommend her.
After financing was over. She did a full run-through of all the extra features in the truck, which was very nice as no dealership has done this for me before.
Financing could have been better. It was one of the quickest experiences I’ve had which is a huge plus but one of the most annoying. When I tell someone that I don’t want something 7 times , I do not expect It to be pushed on me more and more. I’ll leave that at that.
Even after that slight headache I’d highly recommend “Mall Of Georgia Ford”.

I am very satisfied with the service that Ford provides to its customers. Especially the valet service. The car pick-up and delivery service is spectacular, because sometimes we can't go and wait for the car. Thank you very much.

Not reccomended. They have raised their prices again. No longer offer courtesy shuttles or lyft rides either. Been going here almost 20 years, but probably not anymore.

Sadly have to change my review here. Initial experience was great. Since then, they have failed to fulfill contract and not delivered the vehicle as agreed. Don’t shop here as they don’t honor their contractural commitments.
