Most amazing place on earth! Not only the products, but the EMPLOYEES are so freaking sweet, nice, and personable. I'm so sad I live an hour and 40 mins from this location, but anytime I'm in town I will take time to stop here for the pleasantries.

It was my first time visited lush and a sweet beautiful young lady walk up to me with such nice welcome and asked how can she help. Her name is Lee. She was so kind. She makes me feel so welcome. Her warm welcome was so captivated. She is the perfect example of customer service. Everyone please ask for Lee. Beautiful person. Thank you Lee. Outstanding. Lee is very helpful and amazing.

I walked into the store started looking around for something for my wife’s birthday and about 5 minutes later a couple walked in and were helped right away and no one asked me if needed assistance very disappointed

I had my first experience at Lush today. As I was walking around I started thinking to myself “Wow this is a bit more pricey than I thought it would be. It doesn’t really look any different from anything that I can get on Amazon.” And I wasn’t going to buy anything. BUT THEN like a LUSH ANGEL …Lee appeared! Lee was so kind, so excited, and so knowledgeable. With Lee’s infectious attitude, I was shown the different products and how they work. Lee was so welcoming and so joyful. All of this to say, thank you to Lee for the amazing 1st experience at Lush and by golly, does Lee deserve a raise!!

Debbie and Mikey gave me thee best customer service and understanding of the products i was interested in and purchasing. They also explained the return policy as well as the sampling process. I did make a purchase of soaps as well as im trying the dandruff scrub. I haven't had that kind of customer service in a longgggg time. I will definitely be back.
