They went above and beyond! They were doing a paint job on a scratch but beyond doing a perfect job repairing the paint, they touched up other areas that were in need, vacuumed my car and baby’s car seat, repaired a knob on the driver seat and filled up my tires that I dropped off low due to the weather dip.
As a busy mother of three I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The car was done on time and the customer service I experienced was everything a good business should be.

I would very much recommend Lucky Auto Body to any one who needs repairs to their vehicle. Very honest, experienced, hard working! I took my aunt’s Ford Explorer there to get an estimate and they quoted a very fair price compared to the other estimates I had received. They did not increase the estimate later on and completed the repairs in exactly the amount of time they said they would. They are very professional and Tim the estimator/service writer is the best customer service person I have come across. It is always easy to contact him he is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have!

The staff other than the owner are very friendly.

We had a fender bender with our 2010 camry. We called around and called some of the body shops near our house and shops on the insurance companies list. Most shops had a waiting list so my guy Darius recommended Lucky Auto. We talked to Tim at Lucky and we where surprised Tim told us the real about our situation and what was needed for our car. We are very happy with Lucky our new mechanics shop for our vehicles.

By far the best body work and mechanic shop. Honest bunch of folks and extremely helpful. Danny is very honest and knowledgeable. You don’t get that very often at other shops.

No one came to talk to me about what I needed for my car or anything not even a hello. You will not get noticed in this place. Go to Lins Automotive right next door they got the job pretty quickly and with great customer service.

I was referred by good last year and this the only place I take my car for repairs. Very efficient and friendly but not to mention how reasonable the price is. I drive from the Marietta to get there. And that should say something about the quality service.

Make sure check you car after repairs here. Jack and new tire and rim missing after repairs. Cost our daughter $185.00. When asked them to check cctv they got rude and denied it happened while car was there. There's no mistake stop acting wasn't your shop.
