I recently visited Mall of Georgia Lencrafters eyeglass store, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and quality of products they offer. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to find the perfect pair of glasses that suited my style and needs perfectly. The selection of frames was extensive, and I was able to find a unique pair that I absolutely love. The whole experience was seamless, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. I was very impressed by my first visit to LensCrafters. The doctor was very thorough conducting the exam. I was completely satisfied with the level of services received and the careful attention in meeting my needs.Overall, great experience!

Terrible customer service provided by the store manager Tina Brown who instead of providing five minutes or less of good customer service to an existing customer instead responded to my need and dissatisfaction by telling me to leave a google review. I and other family members have purchased numerous eyeglasses from the LensCrafters inside the Mall of Georgia and have gone there for years but I no longer plan to continue business with them. I stopped at the location on Dec 27, 2023 due to one of the rubber nose guards coming off of my glasses that I purchased from them (this is a simple replacement fix that is very fast/a couple of minutes at most). I showed/explained to an associate at the counter the issue and she said they would not fix it while I wait and said I would need to leave the glasses and that they were not doing any repairs at all while anyone waits. I explained that I did not have another pair of glasses with me to wear but was still told they would not repair it while I wait. The manager Tina Brown was standing next to the associate, I asked and presented the same information to her and she confirmed that they would not replace it while I wait. The associate told me I could perhaps come back in the second week in January (two weeks from now) and maybe they would not be as busy but could also not state they would be able to fix it then while I wait (I was also told I could not make an appointment to have it done). I left the location and drove a short ways down the street to America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, walked inside and showed the receptionist the issue with the glasses and even though they appeared to have just as many customers or more as LensCrafters had she told me to have a seat in a chair and had an associate come over to me within about two minutes. The associate not only immediately replaced the missing nose guard she changed out the other nose guard as well...all in about another two minutes and also FREE of charge...in and out of the store within five minutes with the repair done (and I'm not even a customer there...but I plan to be now!). This was such good customer service that I drove back to LensCrafters where I had just left a very short time before with the now repaired eyeglasses and showed them to the store manager Tina Brown. I explained what America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses had done and I was not even a customer of theirs but instead LensCrafters (at this specific LensCrafters as well where I had purchased the glasses....perhaps they are happy to sell them to you but not concerned with your happiness or satisfaction after that). I had asked for the number to corporate earlier (Tina Brown had stated earlier that they had received email/instruction from corporate not to give repairs to anyone while they wait because they were too busy) and I wanted her to know this was not satisfactory customer service for customers. Tina Brown showed her lack of care and disregard for a customers opinion of being dissatisfied, since she knew that I was dissatisfied and not happy with this level of customer service, and instead of handling a problem with a less than five minute solution advised me to leave a google review knowing it would not be a good review...I found that very telling about her customer service attitude and very strange...so now I have left the review.

Ashley is amazing. She was so patient with me trying on approximately 20 frames! (I could be exaggerating a tiny bit, but it was a lot of frames!) She gave me honest feedback and made great suggestions. I can’t wait to see my new pairs, yes pairs of glasses. I got a daily wear and sunglasses. I’m gonna be so cute. Refusing or Ignoring To Refund After Goods Have Been Returned Within Return Window.I purchased glasses from LensCrafters for my husband, once received he noticed after a number of days he had an allergic reaction to the eyeglasses.That was explained to the associate at LensCrafters (MALL OF GEORGIA) upon returning the eyeglasses within their return window. It's been more than a month since my return and I haven't received my refund, which I was told was coming from corporate. First I was informed after a number of weeks, that the check got lost and they are now sending a new check via UPS to assure delivery that same day. Then I called back after 2 weeks and said, hey Tina, that UPS delivery never showed up. All of a sudden, I'm being reminded that it takes somewhere up to 6 weeks to receive a refund (which we exceeded) and Angel confirmed my address for the third time. I never received my refund and they are refusing to reimburse me at this point.I believe LensCrafters stole my money and they need to expedite my refund in order to make it right. LensCrafters associates just gives me the run around every single time I call. Saying its CORPORATE mishandling or lack of care. Please get this right...I pay at time of service, I expect my refund in a timely manner.

Staff were helpful in explaining all available options to me and what that meant for the product and price.Store was clean and there was little to no wait time before being assisted.Historically, at the time of writing this, everything I got was high quality (and hopefully my most recent order will be too).One complaint is it's a little pricey, but part of that is just my terrible eyes needing a strong prescription.

I came in today to get fitted for contacts and glasses. The folks in the contact office were great. However when I got to the glasses side, I was working with Nick. He’s a phenomenal guy, very customer friendly! Great customer service!!

I usually get anxious when I think about visiting Lens Crafters at MOG because in the past the process has just taken too long. Today I was pleasantly surprised!!! I was immediately greeted by the manager Tina upon entering the store, the wait was not long at all, the staff was incredibly pleasant and informed and within 20 minutes of being assisted we had ordered our glasses and was on our way. The in store experience has definitely improved since my last visit. Kudos to the manager Ms Tina and her team.
