Highly recommend Maddie and Shaheen. They went above and beyond our needs through everything we needed for our next La-Z-Boy Furniture. We had a lot of questions and they were very quick and polite with all we asked. This store location had a lot of options to choose from and the quality was excellent. Definitely recommend this store if you are in the Atlanta area.

I will never purchase any furniture from Lazy Boy again. We bought 2 recliners & the seat cushions sunk down within 2 years. There is no service nearby to restore the seats, so I wound up selling 1 & giving the other away. This year we bought a sofa & matching chair. The cushions are shifting. When i unzipped it to straighten the cushion, there are 6 layers, 4 of which had shifted. I reached down to the bottom & there were separate pieces in layers there. There is No Way to shift the layers to make them smooth out. This is not inexpensive furniture, but it is very shoddy cushioning. Basically a waste of money. Had my last sofa for 20 years(a different brand), so it’s obviously not that we are hard on furniture. No large dogs, no jumping children. Very disappointed in the quality.

We bought a few rooms of furniture six years ago from this store. Lori was terrific to work with. She did a design we liked very much.
We came back after these six years, Lori was still there, and we purchased two more recliners.
Great service and very friendly atmosphere.

We already knew the recliners we wanted but the fact that the actual LAZYBoy furniture store could offer more colors and fabrics to choose from in the sofa after looking at other furniture stores was very nice. The reviews are much higher on the sustainability of their furniture over anywhere else we’ve shopped

Shaheen & Tyler were very helpful and knowledgeable. And I had a list of sofas and loveseats that we wanted to look at and they knew exactly where they were for us to try them and help us decide with additional details about each one.
Everyone was very friendly and we were happy to see how great the quality was compared to the competition.

Had a great experience with Sherrie. She took us around the whole showroom, showing us the benefits of all the different models and eventually helping us find three chairs that fit our requirements. Looking forward to delivery!

Brady did a great job. He is very knowledgeable about the chairs and was very attentive to what we wanted. He was not pushy at all… just gave us the information to make an informed decision. Overall very nice experience.
