Today, I visited La Nails for a routine manicure and pedicure. I usually book an appointment with my preferred nail tech, but this time I decided to do a walk-in. Upon arrival, I asked for my usual tech who was currently attending to another customer. I was not informed that she had an appointment scheduled immediately after.
I waited for over 30 minutes before the female manager approached me, asking if my name was Amiee. When I said no, she began speaking to the male manager in another language, still failing to inform me that my requested tech was unavailable. Despite my long wait, I was not given any update or courtesy about the situation.
After nearly an hour, a customer named Amiee arrived for her appointment with the tech I had requested. At no point was I offered the option to continue waiting or to reschedule. This behavior, repeated by the female manager, felt extremely dismissive and unprofessional. Moreover, I couldn't help but feel there might be a racial undertone to the treatment I received.
Overall, my experience at La Nails was highly disappointing, and I am very dissatisfied with the service, especially from the female manager. I hope they improve their customer communication and service standards in the future.

I am on vacation and this salon was recommended by my daughter who lives in Buford. Thank atmosphere is very pleasant. My technician was friendly and attentive! Nothing but smiles in this establishment! I would definitely recommend a visit for a great experience! Thank you ?

I've been a loyal customer of LA Nail Studio for several years, and I can't say enough good things about this place. From the moment I walk in, I'm always greeted with friendly smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff here are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about providing the best service possible.
The salon is always clean and well-maintained, which is very important to me. One of the things I appreciate most is their consistency. No matter who I see, I always leave happy and satisfied with the results.
Overall, this is a top-notch salon that I highly recommend. If you're looking for a place that combines excellent service, a clean environment, and talented staff, this is it. Thank you for always taking such great care of me!

Will not be going to this salon anymore, the past 2 experiences were horrible! My nails were peeling within 24hrs. The lady with the glasses does not know what she's doing and they need to remove her! This lady did gel on toes and it came off like wet polish the next day! I have never had gel chip off in 24hrs. Next I went to get a gel set on my hands well the next day guess what? Nail was chipped the next day! And these were two separate occasions where the same thing happened by the same person!

The owner of the shop lily is very rude and downright disrespectful. They were supposed to be doing my daughter’s nails but they were too busy doing their own nails to service her. I ask plenty of times when they would start on her and they never gave me an answer then came to me and told me they needed the chair she was sitting in. Terrible customer service the salon is like a factory very rushed terrible people!

Very rude the managers are disrespectful!!! They rush your service and tell you they need the chairs for someone else. Julie is the only thing good about this place. If I could give it zero stars I would!

I had the pleasure of having my pedi serviced by Ms Van and it was a treat! She is a divine human being! So personable, professional, kind, and gentle!

It is always a pleasure to go in. Julie is always very wonderful. She always listens to what I liked to be done. The weather is cutting my nails and filing them a different shape or giving me suggestions. As far as the color goes, she's amazing.
Stylist: Julie is fanastic. She is always cheerful friendly and so knowledgeable about colors styles etc. I completely trust her with my hands or any of needs. The establishment is extremely clean. Everyone is so friendly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had an appointment at 2. Walked in 10 mins early. Watched people walk in off the street and be served. After waiting 20 mins and nobody speaking to me, I left. I work hard for money and I don't want to give it away to people in a customer based industry who don't seem to want or need it.
